I visited this branch to collect a parcel and found it very efficient. It took only 5 minutes after getting my details. This service mostly depended on the mobile number provided by the sender and the customer service officer need to verify the number by calling in. So it is important to bring the mobile with you. Though everything went perfectly, I felt that the building and the rooms in the office are very hot in this mild weather and it would be unhealthy to work here in the summer without air conditioning. The staffs are very helpful and I recommend it.

Nice courier service of bangladesh. They delivered document as soon as possible.
But they dont accept liquid and glassware item. Because of glasses are broke easily.
And liquid item was easily leaked, and sometime customer give some explosive chemical, that's why they doesn’t accept any liquid and Glassware item. But they provide good service always. And the rate of shipping charge is so cheap.

If you can try to ignore them, that will be best. I am saying this complement from my past experience.
