On 29 june my parcel was booked from bongobazar to nayapalton.today is 3 july.not received yet? ! What is this service? Damn it!

Unsatisfied with service. Poor customer care. They have spoiled my product and denied to take complain.

সুন্দনবন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস, বর্তমান অপেশাদার, অযোগ্যতা জনবল কারনে সুন্দনবন কুরিয়ার উপ মানুষের আস্থা হারিয়া পেরেছি। আজ আমি সুন্দনবন কুরিয়ার একটা পার্সেল নিতে আসি দুপুরে খাবারের সময় কিছু লোক খাবার খাচ্ছে। আর কিছু লোক আড্ডা দিছেন। কিন্তু কেউ আমার দিলো না কারন দুপুরে খাবার সময়।

খুবই বাজে সারভিস তাদের।
বাইকের কাভার করছে ভালো মতোই কিন্তু কুরিয়ার করে যখন হাতে পাইসি তখন বাইকের কিছু পার্টস ভেংগে ফেলছে।এবং এইটার কোনো জবাবদিহিতাও নেই।

Bad place to visit literally.
In 2021 they don't have a computer at their office.
How ridiculous.

একদম বাজে সার্ভিস রাজশাহী থেকে গাছ আনতে দিয়েছি ৪ তারিখে আজকে ৮ তারিখ কোন খবর নাই।।

Today I called here a few minutes ago to know the cost of sending a refrigerator to Joypurhat. He (who received the call) just replied " I dont know" and cut the call out.

They don’t have a single ounce of professionalism. They are still operating just because it’s in Bangladesh.

If you have any urgency then NEVER trust their service. I couriered a percel from dhaka to khulna but they didn't delivered it on time. When I asked them about the whereabouts of the percel they even didn't seems to know it or they didn't care! I'll never use their courier again

আমি পন্য পাঠিয়েছি কয়েকবার কিন্তু আমার নম্বরে কোনো মেসেজে আসে না। পন্য রিসিভের ক্ষেত্রে ও একই বিষয় ঘটে।

মালটা ৯ দিনেও পাইনি একদম বাজে সার্ভিস।।মাল বুকিং দিছি ৮৭২০২১ আগ্রাবাদ থেকে নরাইলে ২ বস্তা নরাইল গেছে এক বস্তা চলে গেছে যশোর কেনো ভাই? ১৪০৭২১ আগ্রাবাদ শাখাই যোগাযোগ করছি, বলছে ২/১ দিন এর মধ্যে আরেক বস্তা পাবে, আমার লোক ৩ দিন পরেও মাল পাইনি, অবশেষে ১৭৭২১ আবার আগ্রাবাদ শাখাই যোগাযোগ করি, বলল মালটা নাকি কামারপাড়া পরে আছে কেন ভাই? একটা মানুষ একটা মালের খবর নিতে কয়বার যাইতে হয়।।এত বাজে সার্ভিস দিলে ফিউচার এ মাল বুকিং ও দেয়া যাবে না ভাই, কতৃপক্কের নিকট আবেদন

Irresponsible about their services. They don't care about customer waiting. Would not recommend it.

Though Sundarban Courier Service is one of the leading courier service in Bangladesh but their service declining day by day. I am the worst sufferer in the recent past.so, I think they should give more emphasis in customer satisfaction!

Motijheel Branch of this sundarban courier. Busy and large branch. Staffs are helpful and cooperative. You can send you necessary things to mostly any part of Bangladesh. This branch have to carry most important and emergency documents ans files from motijheel commercial area. Along with this some dwellers around this area also use this service for their personal need.

Very crowded. This is their main hub. So, you'd expect to get every courier service solutions here. The staffs are helpful.

I don't know what to say about sundarbar courier service. Not bad at all. There are many courier service in Bangladesh but Sundarban courier service is one of the best courier one of them. One thing is bad, they charge high price. I thing it's little bit expensive, worth out price, the doing excellent job.only for price i give them four star.
