From my very beginning of my sending & receiving courier I have had a great better experience with Sundorbon Courier survices. But sometimes it's local office survices is not preasheworthy not at all though it's head office survices are quite good

So far, I've received good service from them. All the parcels/documents I sent thru them reached destination on time.

Irresponsible about their services. They don't care about customer waiting. Would not recommend it.

সুন্দনবন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস, বর্তমান অপেশাদার, অযোগ্যতা জনবল কারনে সুন্দনবন কুরিয়ার উপ মানুষের আস্থা হারিয়া পেরেছি। আজ আমি সুন্দনবন কুরিয়ার একটা পার্সেল নিতে আসি দুপুরে খাবারের সময় কিছু লোক খাবার খাচ্ছে। আর কিছু লোক আড্ডা দিছেন। কিন্তু কেউ আমার দিলো না কারন দুপুরে খাবার সময়।

ঢাকার মধ্যে সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার, মতিঝিল শাখা থেকে মোটর সাইকেল পাঠানো যায়৷ সকল পার্সেল বুকিং হয় এখান থেকে৷

Though Sundarban Courier Service is one of the leading courier service in Bangladesh but their service declining day by day. I am the worst sufferer in the recent past.so, I think they should give more emphasis in customer satisfaction!

আমি গত ২ তারিখে একটি ডকুমেন্ট পাঠিয়েছিলাম, কিন্তু আজ পর্যন্ত পৌঁছায়নি। আর হট লাইনে কল করেও কোন সমাধান পাইনি। এমন আগে কখনো হয়নি।

খুবই বাজে সারভিস তাদের।
বাইকের কাভার করছে ভালো মতোই কিন্তু কুরিয়ার করে যখন হাতে পাইসি তখন বাইকের কিছু পার্টস ভেংগে ফেলছে।এবং এইটার কোনো জবাবদিহিতাও নেই।

আমি পন্য পাঠিয়েছি কয়েকবার কিন্তু আমার নম্বরে কোনো মেসেজে আসে না। পন্য রিসিভের ক্ষেত্রে ও একই বিষয় ঘটে।
