Their attitude towards customer is very bad. While asking for the parcel, they show to another counter and it continues until i personally find out my parcel. Worst experience ever.

They don't try much. That's their major issue.
The courier service is quite fast. But their sales-reps and receptionists seem like goons, and they are quite slow. Also, due to not having any proper maintenance, there place looks quite back dated. Also, sometimes discipline is an issue when there is people coming from all directions to deposit their goods.

Not a professional service, the contact number with their delivery counter notification sms is dead! Guys are not helpful over there and overall bad experience two times

The service is not the same throughout the country. It varies from branch to branch. The rate is not also fixed!

Their service is very good. I look their service several times for carrying mangoes from Chapai Nawabganj to Dhaka. They brought it in dhaka over night.

Now a days sundarban courier service is very good, swift, digital and reliable. It takes very less time to send the things to destination. But home delivery is not available in most of the places.

The location and service here is convenient enough.

BTW, sorry to say, though they give you a fast courier service but they will charge you more compare to SA paribahan.
