One of the biggest courier services in Bangladesh.
You can send any item to almost anywhere in the country. That's a plus!
I did not like the people working at this place though! I did not find a smiling face there, which is a very important criteria for a good service.
Hence, 2 stars only.

Recently, they shifted from under the Shyamoli Square.
They now have a big place near White Palace. You can easily go there and do your business.
If you want to send something somewhere, you need to arrive here before 5 PM.
For getting your parcel, you can pick them up until 9PM.

This is a new office of Sundarban Courier Service. The previous office was situated within 300 meters of this new one. This office is really very big to provide services for many customers. Also this office is easily seen from the road. Previous office had none of these facilities. They have one of the strongest networks for sending divergent kinds of items at all the 64 districts of our country.

The system is nicely updated. The process was smooth and the people were friendly and well trained. But the place was not arranged and neat, it was kind of messy and scattered. Overall the experience was a good one.
Note: Recently changed its location from Shyamoli to Ringroad and the office arrangements are better than before! Tidy and cleanliness was really noticeable.

ব্যাবহার অনেক ভালো। আর ডিজিটাল সিস্টেম এ কুরিয়ার সেবা দেওয়ায়, অনলাইন থেকে কন্ডিশন এ প্রোডাক্ট নিতে প্রতারিত হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা কম সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার এর মাধ্যমে।

Experienced good service so far but If you Don't turn off the wifi you can not get the VD sms.

A place you can say ok. But distribution point is congested. However, the location is very good at the center of Syhamoli.

কুরিয়ার ডেলিভারি পয়েন্টের ব্যবহার চরম খারাপ। শুক্রবারে খোলা থাকে না, কিন্তু ম্যাপে ঠিকই ৩-৫ঃ৩০ দিয়ে রেখেছে। কন্ডিশন ডেলিভারি ছিলো, বৃহস্পতিবার ফোন দিয়ে বললো, "আপনার কুরিয়ার আছে"।
আগামীদিন (শুক্রবার) এসে নিয়ে যাবো। ওনারা বললো, " আচ্ছা"।
এসে এখন শুনি, শুক্রবার বন্ধ, এরপর বলে, শুক্রবারে কন্ডিশন ডেলিভারি বন্ধ।
যখন বললাম আপনাদের এখান থেকে তো ঠিকই আসার কথা বললো তারপরে বলে, "ওনারা জানতো না কন্ডিশন ডেলিভারি, তাই বলছে"।
কিন্তু লোকটার কথা বলার ধরন খুবই উগ্র। সুন্দরভাবে বললেই হতো, আমি এই রিভিউ লিখতেও আসতাম না। কিন্তু ওনার উগ্র ব্যবহারের কারনে লিখতে বাধ্য হলাম।
মাঝে মাঝে কুরিয়ার করার সময়েও ওনাদের ব্যবহার দেখলে মনে হয়, আমরা ফ্রি সার্ভিস নিতে আসছি।

এখন থেকে " এস, এ কুরিয়ার" ব্যবহার করবো এবং যত আত্মীয়-স্বজন আছে তাদেরকে দিয়েও এস, এ কুরিয়ারই ব্যবহার করাবো।

No wait at all, they are friendly. They maintain their all work serially like that first in first out. All the work are computerized. Minimum chargrd begins tk. 30 (taka thirty only). This curier service location shamoly, backside of shamoly square shopping mall, under the dutch bangla bank Limited and Brack Bank Limited, 50 meters from shamoly children park and ASA University, Bangladesh. You can curier everything from here base on charge.

Its the main hub. If you send parcel from here it will be delivered within very short period of time.

Still now only courier service of Bangladesh which one is Online. Need some sort improvement of their service.

Very bad queue management, tells you they can deliver to home but in the end they don’t. Very poor at handlinh customer complaints. Gives wrong information and the stuff have a 'don't care' attitude.

There is no system in place. No "signs" displayed to show which counter for booking the percel and or which for delivery. No serial system for incoming customers to avoid hassle.

This is good, we can send anything by sundarban courier service. Their service good. Their behavior also good

Very useful service that we rely often. I wish they can provide there service on a more digital manner using app and with definitely better customer service.

A very busy and crowded place but Their management is quite good.

They stolen my 6000 tk. 's dry fish, which booked from Cox's Bazar. I visit their office & talked hours with ph.but all in vain.

They are good but their delivery persons are bad and fake. They demand huge price for a small packet delivery.

They have a bad reputation nowadays. I also had some bad experiences with them. A few days ago I placed a parcel to deliver somewhere. And three days later they called me and informed it was sent to my desired place and it just sent back. Then I called my friend and could know that the parcel actually wasn't sent there. They just ignored it or forgot somehow and blamed me.

Their head office is located at 24-25 Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka. They have about 600 Branches and Agencies of business service stations all over Bangladesh and Malaysia and i'm the regular service receiver of this company.
