এরা চোর। প্রথমত এদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস খুব খারাপ। দ্বিতীয়ত, এরা টাকা মেরে দেয়। তৃতীয়ত, এরা যাদেরকে টাকা দেয় অনেক লেট করে দেয় যদিও এরা বলে ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে দিয়ে দেয়। চোরের ঘরের চেরেরা সব। প্লিজ কেউ এদেরকে ব্যবহার করে ধোকা খাবেন না।

Very much unprofessional service. The deliveryman and customer service do not know how to talk. Very much unexpected.

আমার দেখা বাংলাদেশের মধ্যে সবচেয়ে বাজে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস। আমি একটা প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করেছি। সাত দিন পর প্রোডাক্টের জন্য আমাকে ফোন দিয়েছে। তারপর সেলসম্যান আমাকে বলল প্রডাক্ট নেওয়ার জন্য, আমি অফিসে ছিলাম পরেরদিন প্রোডাক্ট দেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করলাম। এখন সেলসম্যানকে ফোন করলে তিনি ফোন ধরেন না। অফিসে গিয়ে দেখলাম উনারা আমার প্রোডাক্টে খুঁজে পাচ্ছিনা। এবং সবচেয়ে মজার ব্যাপার এত বাজে অফিস এবং লোকজনের ব্যবহার এত বাজে আমি কল্পনা করতে পারিনা।

Poor delivery service. 10 days are passed after picking the the order still I can't getting my product. I don't know how many time needed a courier service to deliver a product near Dhaka. Customer care are not responsive too.

Its a courier service company and its have many brach over full country may be 80+ point available for clear delivery and huge union are coverage already its done.its service are smooth and so fast and customer friendly and its also cheap and best for merchant and customer. Only 40 tk delivery fee in this dhaka city. Thats really good option for most likely small and medium merchant. Its a good courier company

Totally unprofessional, without contacting customers they report ‘change of mind ‘delivery fail. And collect full fee from seller.

I have eCommerce business. I have use this Paperfly Courier service few month, Their service is really worst of the worst. They never keep their service commitment what they saying to customer. I have lost many customer for this Courier company. Never use this company.

ইভ্যালির পেনড্রাইভ পাইনাই। চুরি করে রেখে দিয়েছে। (বিকাশ পেমেন্ট করা ছিল) ।

দারাজের অর্ডার CANCEL! ১০ দিন যাবৎ ওয়েট করলাম। ফোন দিলাম কাস্টমার কেয়ারে কেউ ফোন ধরেনা। অথচ দারায থেকেই অন্য অর্ডারে অন্য কোম্পানি ঠিকই পন্য দিয়ে গেছে। এই কোম্পানী চোর আর চোরের দল চালায়।

Very worst service in the world, never seen this before. The courier people can open your package if they interested with your package they will keep with them, and then they said your parcel is missing, and not able to find where is my package. There is no responsibility person in the Paperfly team. And also paper fly delivery person there is no word to comment on him. Very very poor service. Even I'm not interest to give a single star.

গত মাসের 22 তারিখ (২২-০৩-২০২০) shipped হইছে আজ (৩০-০৪-২০২০) এক মাস নয় দিন। এখনো ডেলিভারি পাইনি।

It is a courier service comoany, a reputed one. We went there to discuss about our business proposal. They behaved well and assured their assisstance. Looking forward to work with them.

Not received my parcel on time. Paper fly delivery man could not give his effort. The worst behaviour on mobile phone from the delivery man named Mehedi from jatrabari. I give him call for my product he is very busy person. Totally ridiculous. No number to call for complain.

Probably the slowest courier service of the world. You can take my parcel and start walking, even if you take rest, you will be able to reach Chittagong and complete home delivery within six days before Paperfly does. This kind of late delivery situation will not happen rarely this is Paperfly policy to deliver items outside Dhaka after at least 5 days. Sometimes it may take 2-3 days more. Yes, this is only possible with Paperfly. Also, I did not get them in hotline, and they won't receive customer calls.

Everytime I encounter with the paperfly delivery man, It was really great for me. I often order products from daraz. They deliver great on COD all the time. Some of the delivery man's behaviour is so good. Good Job Guys.
