Possibly they provide the most unprofessional courier service in Bangladesh. My experience with paperfly is very bad. Last time a delivery man called me to deliver a product at Baridhara DOHS. I tried my best to make him understand my adress. But he didn't know anything. He doesn't know pocket gate, Baridhara DOHS Convention Center, BTCL office. Then how will he deliver product in this area? He went away without delivering the product.

ফালতু সার্ভিস। হোম ডেলিভারি এর নাম শুনলে ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর মাথায় ঠাডা পড়ে। ইচ্ছে মত উল্টা পাল্টা সময়ে আসে ডেলিভারি দিতে।
মিথ্যা রিজন দিয়া রিটার্ন পাঠাইতে চাইসে এমন ঘটনা এর ও শিকার হলাম।

Too much Bad Experience with their service, They have no focus on improving customer service. Their employees are not well trained up. There are lots of problem.pick up problem, delivery problem, payment problem. They Create RM for help to merchant.but their RM can't provide real information.

The girl named Jannat from the paperfly helpline provides very bad customer service. Can't even explain that how irresponsible she is.
I will never use paperfly again.

খুবই বাজে অভিজ্ঞতা। ওনারা ঢাকার মধ্যে নাকি 24 ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেয়। আর সারা দেশে দুই থেকে তিন দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি দিয়ে থাকে। অথচ ঢাকার মধ্যেই আজ ৬ দিন হয়ে গেল কিন্তু আমার পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়নি। তিনদিন হওয়ার পরেও যখন আমি পণ্য পাইনি তখন তাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করি। তারা বলে আমরা দুঃখিত, বিষয়টি দেখছি, শীঘ্রই আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করা হবে। কিন্তু কোন ফল দেখতে পেলাম না। তাই পরের দিন আবার যোগাযোগ করলাম । একই কথা, ফলাফল শূন্য। অতঃপর তৃতীয় দিনের মত আবার যোগাযোগ করলাম। সেদিনও বলল আমরা বিষয়টি দেখছি, আমরা দুঃখিত, অথচ এখন পর্যন্তও পণ্যটি হাতে পেলাম এবং এ সম্পর্কে এখনও কার্যকর পদক্ষেপ নেয় নি। আমাকে কোন কিছুই বলা হচ্ছে না। দেশের এত নামিদামি একটা কুরিয়ার সেন্টার যদি এইরকম সার্ভিস দেয় তাহলে মানুষের আস্থা কোথায় যাবে? সত্যিই অবাক হলাম বিষয়টা দেখে। যখন আমি এই রিভিউ দিচ্ছি তখন পর্যন্ত সাতদিন হয়ে গেল । আমি আমার পণ্য এখনোও হাতে পাইনি।

Head office is in 5th floor but hub office where you can sent anything, that office is in the beside SKS tower.in front of railway line.

The worst service ever, I have not found any other worst then this PaperFly thing. Their Delivery man stays at home switched off their phone and pretended product was not delivered. Their delivery guy never came to my doorstep and returned the product.

Ridiculous Customer service. I don't prefer this type of 3rd party courier service. Managements are not well educated with this sector. Poor service and poor train up their employee. Too much bad experience to talk with their head office employee "Shahara khan".

Paperfly just blinded by their smug and Over confidence. They have no focus on improving customer service.take much time to deliver products to customer.

From the merchant's point of view, Paperfly is the best and safest option to send e-commerce / f-commerce products anywhere in Bangladesh. Day by day, they are trying to accelerate their service quality.

Very bad service. Grameen phone is using this service. They never delivered the product at time. I had to call the delivery man several days, after that finally they delivered. Worst service you can get.

ফালতু! এদের এপস টা এখন পর্যন্ত পুরাটা ডেভেলপ করা নাই, তাহলে সেটা প্লেস্টোরে দেয়ার কোনো মানে আছে!? কিছুই করা যায়না এপস দিয়ে!

Poor delivery management! Substandard service. Arrogant customer care representative. They reply email without Sir/madam. Educate your customer care team or verify his/her certificate

It's been 20 days & They couldn't deliver a document within Dhaka city. The contact number of their delivery person remains closed. Talked with customer care and it seems like they are careless.

Visited for a meeting in their corporate office at Mohakhali. Nice workplace & interior was well decorated. They provide courier & cargo service. Not sure about their customer service.

The worsts & third class delivery service I ever seen! Their Delivery service, customers service is disgusting.
They provide fake delivery agents number.

Delivery man Don't even call customers.
They give just missed call. & duration of that missed call like nano second So if the customer wants to receive the call, they just can't.
And when the customer call on their customer service number & let them know the problem they are facing, customer service agent behave rudely.

All over their service is Dustbin in one word.

The Worst delivery service in town. My product was supposed to be delivered 2 days back and yet it is not delivered. I have talked numerous times with the Customer service and Also with the assigned delivery person.but nothing happen yet!
