I have been working with them for the last 5 years. They do deliver the goods professionally.
But they do not do cash on delivery (COD) on Home Delivery.

Any kind of use able product either it is electronics or immeterial or even vehicals. But any items should be ligel as per local government. One think I should mention they don't give postage service for mostly valuable items like PASSPORT. Apart all service they do transfer money from one person to another though I am in doubt whether it is legitimate or not.

Well known currier service in Bangladesh. Has several collection and delivary centers in the city and outside.

So far delivery service is good. But the booking charge is higher then others and the behaviour is not good enough.

If you are receiving a parcel you have to take a receipt from one counter and you have to go to another counter in the other room, checking your previous receipt and after you complete your payment you will get another receipt, now you have to go back to the previous room, show your money receipt in the counter, sign on the receipt and on their tally khata and you will get another receipt. Finally you will be sent to another counter and there your parcel will be delivered to you. This process is too much hassle and it is utterly frustrating.
