Very busy but poorly managed. The staffs are not that cooperative. Even their delivery process is not smooth.

Distribution services are good. Because they have many branches in different places than other courier service. But their service & customer service are too much bad. Recently they increase courier cost highly, which aren't reasonable & authentic. They don't have any base to measure the courier cost. They must concern to deal with the customers.

So much irresponsible employees in there. This week I received a Brand new Bike with broken indicator! They didn't take any step on it.

They have faster service but they employees are really mannerless.
They treat people in very bad manners.
I never saw them behaving gentle with clients.
I know this place is quite busy but being humble never hurts

Worse courier service organisation. You have to go to various counter for just product delivery. Very time consuming.

So far delivery service is good. But the booking charge is higher then others and the behaviour is not good enough.

If you are receiving a parcel you have to take a receipt from one counter and you have to go to another counter in the other room, checking your previous receipt and after you complete your payment you will get another receipt, now you have to go back to the previous room, show your money receipt in the counter, sign on the receipt and on their tally khata and you will get another receipt. Finally you will be sent to another counter and there your parcel will be delivered to you. This process is too much hassle and it is utterly frustrating.

So much gathering & their processing kill so much time. Now a days they don't follow social distance.

Crowdy busy place. Especially in Ramadan days. Too much busy area with giving nd taking order of delivery. But it does very important job, that we can see very clearly.so blessed with this place in our town soo much. Thanks a lot "S A Paribahan"

Well known currier service in Bangladesh. Has several collection and delivary centers in the city and outside.

The service is excellent and fast. It took around 12 hours to send a document from Chattogram to Dhaka. Besides I have also received a document which took less than 10 hours to arrive from Dhaka.
