My expectations were very very high but as usual I forgot I am in Bangladesh. I am not interested in sharing my unfortunate experience with our Suzuki Ciaz 2015 car, only advice if you are buying a Suzuki Car in BD pls be prepared that you need to get a good car workshop technician that would be able to solve your problem. The best solution is to not buy Suzuki Car even thou the suzuki cars are truly good but unfortunately we do not have proper support.

Two types of technicians there. One type for normal services and other for warranty services. So you will get your problems sorted out. The cost of repairing works is a little higher. Nowadays advance booking is available. The waiting time is little higher so one may have to wait till afternoon. They have tea service and a waiting room with toilet facilities.

Please add periodic maintenance. As I availed periodic maintenance.
Very good process and customer handling.

You might have to wait in long que. Go as early as possible to avoid this. They offer free checkup of vehicles on special events.

যেদিন সার্ভিসিং করাতে চান অবশ্যই তার আগের দিন তাদের নম্বরে কল করে এ্যাপোয়মেন্ট নিবেন এবং সকাল আটটায় এরমধ্যে সার্ভিস সেন্টারে পৌঁছে যাবেন, তাহলে লাঞ্চ টাইম এর আগেই আপনার সার্ভিসিং সম্পন্ন হয়ে যাবে আশা করি।

তাদের সার্ভিসিং নিয়ে আমি সন্তুষ্ট।

Downgraded the rating after today's (06.11.21) horrible service. Had to wait 5 hours!

Trust me they r extremely commercial. If u have free servicing then ok. Otherwise dont go there unless u want to come up with a useless bills without ur satisfaction.

আমার অভিজ্ঞতা খুবই খারাপ। আমার ওয়ারেন্টি আছে, ৫মাস বাইক নিছি, পালচার ১৫০এসডি, তারপরেও সার্ভিস করাতে ৬২৪০/- টাকা বিল নিয়েছে।

If you are a Bajaj automobile holder then this is the place you should visit in order to get all the servicing. The sales people out here are very cooperative as they are ready to help you whenever you ask for. Even the mechanics are well trained and look into the servicing as detailed as possible. I could watch along as the mechanics worked with the servicing procedure and answered all the minute details i threw at them. I would strongly recommend all the users of BAJAJ to visit this authorized service centre in order to meet your requirement.
