Userhub is a platform where Human Centered Design is taught. In my opinion, if someone really wants to learn user experience design, then Userhub is the best option. Recently I completed a six-month diploma course in User Experience from Userhub. Where the syllabus is prepared along with the trend of the world and there is innovation in the course outline in every batch. I have really learned a lot from here. Where I thought design meant tool base work.

ইউএক্স ডিজাইনের বিষয়টি আমার কাছে নতুন এবং বেশ চ্যালেঞ্জিং ছিল। আমি অনুসন্ধান করছিলাম কোথায় আমি এই বিষয় সম্পর্কে সহজে এবং বিস্তারিতভাবে জানতে পারবো। তারপর আমি আমার পরিচিত একজনের মাধ্যমে ইউজার হাব কে খুঁজে পেয়েছি। শুরুতে, আমার জন্য সমস্ত পাঠ বোঝা খুব কঠিন ছিল।কিন্তু কয়েকটা ক্লাস করার পর মেন্টরের অনুপ্রেরণায় এবং সহয়তায় আমি আমার ক্লাসগুলো ভালোভাবে আয়ত্ত করতে পারি। এখানের যে মেন্টর উনি অনেক সহায়ক। এছাড়া ক্লাস ছাড়া ও যে কোন সময় কোন সমস্যায় পড়লে বিভিন্ন মাধ্যমে উনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করলে উনি সহয়তা করে।

Userhub is very different from other institutes as per my knowledge. Here students are taught Qualitative research which is not done in other institutes. UserHub students complete their courses with practical knowledge, enabling them to present their skills in any industry.

অনেক আগে থেকেই আমার ডিজাইন এর ওপর ইন্টারেস্ট কাজ করতো। কিন্তু আমি বুঝতাম না যে একটা ডিজাইন একদম শুরু থেকে কিভাবে হতে পারে। সবসময় এই রিলেটেড জিনিস পত্র গুগল এ সার্চ করতাম। সেখান থেকে ইউসার হাব কে খুঁজে পাই। তাছাড়াও আমার পরিচিত মানুষ এর কাছেও ইউসার হাব সম্পর্কে শুনেছি।আলহামদুল্লিলাহ, আমি আমার কোর্স টা শেষ করেছি। প্রোপার রিসার্স এর মাধ্যমে কিভাবে একটা ডিজাইন সম্পূর্ণ করতে হয়ে তা এখানে স্টেপ বাই স্টেপ আমি শিখেছি, যেটি ছিল মানব কেন্দ্রিক ডিজাইন । আমার পার্সোনাল এক্সপেরিয়েন্স থেকে এতো টুকু বলতে পারি ইউসার হাব সমসময়ই আমার কাছে বেস্ট।

It was a wonderful journey with Userhub during my completion of their DUXD course. Not only had i in depth knowledge of UX, but also how to implement them in my work. The instructors were really helpful and guided us through the world of user experience with much expertise. I recommend this platform to learn about UX to those who are new to this field.

My experience at Userhub was beyond my expectation.

In 2021, I just started knowing about Ux Design and searching for an appropriate institution that will guide me in this journey. So I got admitted to the Diploma course in User Experience Design at Userhub. I have learned User Interface and User Experience design here. The curriculum of this course is arranged in a proper manner which will be easy to catch for any student.
There are 3 projects in this course. Each difficult term of this course was well explained by our devoted teacher. He took great care of us and inspired us very much so that we do not give up.
After completing the first 3 months of this course, I got my first full-time job as a Ux Designer. It inspired me more to continue this course and continue learning.

Back in Covid time, I was looking for User Experience Design Courses in Bangladesh and came across Userhub. Along with Userhub, I've found so many other institutions offering UX courses, but I wasn't satisfied with their contents. I attended almost every top institution's free classes, but they were unable to satisfy me with their teaching style. Then I had the opportunity to participate in one of Userhub's beginner courses called UXDS (User Experience Design Starter), where I met Wahid bhaiya for the first time. After that class, an institution finally satisfied me with its content, and I decided that maybe that was the place I had been looking for. Then I got admitted to DUXD (Diploma in User Experience Design). After completing the course, I can proudly say that taking admission was one of the best decisions I have taken so far. Userhub influenced my design thinking and helped me become a better designer. My heartfelt gratitude to Wahid Bhaiya and Nilim Apu. Long live Userhub.
