Very good and cordial service. They handle parcels with outmost care. They are well behaved and cooperative.

So I'll share my experience in a bit detail.basically. I had a fruits parcel delivered at their warehouse at around no idea what time but they texted me at abt 7.45pm.last time for parcel collection is 8.00pm. Now even though i still smhw arrived there before 8.00 pm.but the guy at the reception was very lazy at first.he was like should I get up or not get up at first.point to note here is that there was only 1 person available and only he was supposed to do everything.from checking messages to bringing out the parcel to collecting signatures to whatnot.everything had to be done by that single lazy person.thia was a huge disaster for him and a disappointment for the ppl present there.it gave rise to a huge queue out of nowhere in no time at all.some of the ppl got fed up and started searching for their parcel on their own.
However, once he got up (the reason i gave 2 stars and not 1) the personnel maintained serial once he started handing out the parcels.he didnt break that.it js understandable, as he was the only 1 there he couldn't help ppl take the parcel near there car and those parcels were very heavy to be picked by 1 person alone.
They should immediately maintain a schedule for atleast 2 person present at site all time, 2nd improve the attitude of the employee, 3rd a better location would be appreciated.a strange smell was coming from just outside there warehluse.and finally they should deliver parcels to the houses of the recipient instead of recipients picking it up from site.but first things first.

Moraine Lake is a glacially fed lake in Banff National Park, 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) outside the village of Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada.

It is situated in the Valley of the Ten Peaks, at an elevation of approximately 1,884 metres (6,181 ft). The lake has a surface area of 50 hectares (120 acres).
The lake, being glacially fed, does not reach its crest until middle to late June. When it is full, it reflects a distinctive shade of azure blue. The unique colour is due to the refraction of light off the rock flour deposited in the lake on a continual basis by surrounding glaciers.

They are very cordial and also their service is so much efficient. They provide good service. They maintain product quality and protection. After all USB courier service so much better than other courier service.
