They did an absolutely phenomenon job.food was hot crispy well packed, flower, card was for free with the order.

I have used this gift delivery service 3 times now, and it was a great experience every time. The prices are reasonable, and the delivery is on time. The updates on the order that I receive via email, and the picture of the gift are great added benefits. Also our family love the five extra roses they get every time. Thank you for making it possible for us to spoil our family in Dhaka while we are in England!

I’ve been a loyal customer with Upoharbd for 10 years and never had to deal with any issues or didn’t bother. Recently I had to where they’ve made multiple stuff ups. I ordered a cake for my mother on her birthday, they sent a completely different cake to the one I ordered. I wish they informed me that the cake I wanted wasn’t available. What’s the point of selecting something online with pictures if that’s not what I am getting. Furthermore, I ordered another cake for my nephew and this time I made a spelling mistake on the order. With the order being placed day in advanced I reached out to support and they all confirmed it was fixed. Day after they sent me a picture with the unfixed issue. I immediately reached out to support and they asked if they can bring the cake back (right!) or send another smaller cake with the right name. I don’t understand this part, if you make mistakes why not fix the issue with the same cake fixed up. Anyways, the manager Rumi responded back accusing me that I never emailed them (don’t think he checks emails). Lucky I had all emails to prove it. Nevertheless the next day after I said I’m done with them and will never order again they then agreed to replace it. Unfortunately it was too late. I hope that Upoharbd can improve their support or service but I’m done being a loyal customer to horrible service- we all deserve better!

I m living in Canada. Recently I send a fruit basket (50 lichi and 3 kg mango) to my sosurbari as a gift. They send very low quality of lichi and only 1kg mango. My father in law ask the delivery guy about the less quantity of mango the delivery guy didn’t given any answer but just left. After 2 hours he came back with 2 other kg of mango but not the same quality but low. After knowing all of this I try 30-40 times calling their number on the site but no one reply. I mail them 3times no reply. I ask them to refund my money still no reply. During the month of Ramadan I send Iftar package to my home for my parents. The delivery arrived 30 minutes after the Azan/ Iftar. So what’s the point to send Iftar. Upohar bd used to a good service but not any more. Coz they already know how to only make money not caring the customer anymore

I am from Sylhet, Bangladesh and I ordered several times from Sylhet to deliver in Dhaka. Their service is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Really poor service as I ordered box of flowers and they were supposed to deliver by 1 o’clock but they ruined everything as it was a surprised also quality of roses was very poor and definitely not worth £30.

If you are reading the reviews to decide if you should order for a loved one in Bangladesh (especially Dhaka), stop searching because you’ve found the best delivery service! I’ve used their service over 7 times to deliver hot food, grocery items, and much more to my loved ones back home from Canada. Everything is done effortlessly, great customer service is ALWAYS provided and my grandparents have nothing but good things to say about their service as well in Dhaka. I will be ordering more! They also add free roses and a greeting card with every order and always make sure to communicate with both ends of people if something goes wrong. 100/10 recommend.

They charged for standard delivery charge to delivered stuff but they could not keep the quality at all. I ordered cake and Ice cream, all ice creams was melt and cake was cracked.
The worst thing is that they do not keep any privacy of receiver or sender. Delivery man had a chat with stranger and let them to see the sender address and receiver address which one is very awful.

Not happy at all with the service you have provided. Goat leg roast was rotten and smell bad. Chicken briyani was not given rather they have given other briyani packet. As a loyal customers you guys should have quality control system. Next time will not order with you guys.

I got a bad cake, which was old. A broken vase on valentines day.

2nd time I ordered because my fiance was sick they didn't provide a get well soon card even though I have added it with a message.

I've always had nothing but good experience with Upoharbd. They not only deliver working a shirt span of time (often in less than 24 hours) and also offer free roses and a card with your order. Their selection of goods is really good as well. Would highly recommend!

I have delivered with them twice and both times they have called in advance and ruined the surprise. Not only that they said 4pm but called at last min and said they wanna deliver at 8pm.

They do not actually deliver on time. And also do not read the delivery ad on the instructions provided in the order.

I'd 100% recommend them! Their staff is so so nice and always willing to work with you if you have issues with the order or want to clarify or specify a place. I'm truly lucky that they exist and are so helpful and use them to send presents overseas often!

Well, in case of delivery products and food/surprises, they are promising a good service.but mobile recharge! Not a good idea - 100tk margin! World card provides 300tk with 6$ where as they do 250tk with $5.75! Need a competitive price to build up good service
