A good destination if you are a Theri lover. It was very tasty with small potatoes and a delightful aroma of mustard oil.

Update after 2nd visit: The taste & quality wasn't as good as previous.

Their food is one of the best in town. You will love to eat here everyday. Recommend 10/10 for food.

I mean if you like Tehari, you need to try this Tehari out. They prepare this with mustard oil. So the flavor is intense both to your nose and tongue.

I am kind of skeptical of using potatoes in Tehari but overall liked those potatoes as well.

Half plate of tehari will seem like full plate and it would cost you 200tk. And when it is served, enjoy that with salad, some green chilies and onion. Bet u will enjoy the taste.
Sitting arrangements are tight. Not that spacious and not so clean or decorated something. So do not expect something like so.

Take the hassle of visiting here, if you admire taste of food and stand for taste. But if you live nearby then no worries.
Keep in mind that You may need to stay standby for seat and then enjoy the delicacy.

The food is tasty but they can surely improve a lot in maintaining proper hygiene which they don’t at all

It's kinds of traditional biriyani shop. This biriyani contains small piece of beef. It's cheap so all kinds of people would like to eat this kinds of biriyani (Tehari). This place sales tasty Tehari.

One of the best tehari house in the town. Very good quality food. Khichuri & Morog polao also available here.

One of the best tehari in town. Always felt good having a mouthful here. Never even tried any other items, just the beef tehari here.

Tehari with mustard oil with some small potato's. I loved their Tehari. MOst famous in dhaka.
But, price is expensive now and quantity is less -_-

Highly recommended if you want tasty foods. The place is famous for it's chicken biriyani, beef tehari and beef khichuri. Here's an example: the posh people stops by here and grabs 5-10packs+ meals on their way home instead of ordering from the numerous food stores existing just around tehari ghor.

Tehari and Khhichuri tastes different because of the use of mustard oil but very delicious. Slightly more expensive than competitors but worth it. Might have to wait to find a seat during peak hours.

I used to love this but the last experience visiting there was disappointing.

Tehari Ghor offers the best mutton Tehari in Dhaka. They have this unique recipe of Tehari with mustard oil. It’s one of the old place for this type of food in town. People with snobby attitudes should remain away from here since this place is always overcrowded.

Tehari Ghor has been around for 22 years at that place. That alone tells you a lot about how good their food is. Its no easy feat to sustain a food business for so many years and win the hearts of Tehari lovers. I would say it is the best place to have Tehari in town. Great service. What's special about the Tehari is the potatoes they add to it. Adds an extra dimension of deliciousness to the savoury experience. Loved it!

I mean, we get it that it's the "Tehari Ghor" beside the infamous Sunny Bhai er shawarma. But man, it's Bengali food made in "that" way so you can reliably say goodbye to all sense of hygiene. Other than that, great tasting food. PS - I found a very small clot of blue paint in my Tehari a few months back.

It was very tasty couple of years ago. Still tastes good but not like before. So i would suggest to get your expectations lower.

It an old renowned small restaurant for Tehari. Still they are maintaining their food quality and taste as it was since last 20 years.

A place for tehari, morog polao, kacchi biriyani with mouthwatering taste. Congested seating, lunch time is very crowded. People takes the food and eat at his own car beside road. Their speciality is using mustard oil for cooking. If you eat at the shop, they give sufficient amount of salad. The place is not well cleaned up. The behaviour of the staffs are good.

Great tehari and chicken biriyani. Their tehari tastes different as it is prepared with mustard oil. The shop is known for its consistent quality and fresh cooked food.

Traditional mastered oil beef tehari one of the best in the town. Ckecken biryani and khichuri is also available with burhani. The owner kabir vai is a nice guy.
