Sushi Samurai reviews
50I recently dined at Sushi Samurai and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of authentic Japanese dishes. The atmosphere was inviting and had a pleasant ambiance. The staff's behavior was excellent, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my meal. Overall, Sushi Samurai is a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy top-notch Japanese cuisine in a welcoming setting.
Sushi Samurai offers meals of excellent quality. They are providing quality food. They serve delicious genuine Sushi dishes.
The food was delicious. The ambience was relaxing. Thank you for the good services.
Serves quite a good selection of food. Had the sushi, it was nice and the sashimi and ingredient used were fresh. The prawn har gao (a Chinese cuisine) was nice as well. Highly recommend it. Price was on the higher end but since the ambience and food were nice, it was worthy.
Compared to other Japanese restaurants in the town, there's a long way to go! Bento Box, a plastic container!
Their menu is mixed (japanese and korean). Food taste is good. Service would be more fast.
It was good neighborhood in Japan. I was once at the samurai. Good meal. Thank you so much. Thank you so much.
Fabulous food with amazing interior decor. Comfly seating arrangements. Fresh and cozy environment. Their food are literally mouthwatering flavours and great aroma of every single dishes. The stuffs are all humble and very delighted towards every single customers on the restaurant.
I recommend must to try it otherwise you gonna regret it!
Neither the shushi nor the maki rolls are authentic as per taste. The seaweed was too hard, the rice was too boiled and the fish had smell - none of these are expected from authentic shushi.
Negative star. I am a sushi lover but I’ve experienced the worst in this sushi restaurant. At first there were cockroaches in the sushi and gave a dirty spoon and management just said sorry about it.
They took around 40mins to prepare the food. One item was too much salty. We ordered 2 cane of Coke which took 500 taka which was totally unacceptable.
This place is terrible for sushi! The beef bulgogi is still good, average tasting nothing extraordinary. Sushi is over priced and not fresh!
I usually order from foodpanda at least once a week. Fantastic sushi rolls at an affordable price
Classic Japanese restaurant maintaining good hygiene. Food quality was great, would love to visit again.
My experience here isn’t good. I've eaten a lot of of chinese, japanese and thai restaurant in Dhaka. Those restaurants are much better dn sushi samurai food wise, price wise, hygiene wise.
Try Izakaya and Red chember i/o sushi samurai.
Weekdays lunch timing is better if you prefer less crowded setting. As for the food, it’s perfect. If you are trying sushi for the first time, you should definitely try the California roll. Then, the salmon cheese roll (I am unsure if that’s what it’s called) was absolutely divine. Definitely a must have. We even tried the miso soup which was great too (no pictures, unfortunately).
Omg! Horrible service and food.if u want to spoil money, u r most welcome here. Also they charge 300 to delivery for home service.
Situated in Banani 11, Sushi Samurai serves authentic Japanese cuisines which is quite renowned to the local as well as the expats especially to the people who would like to enjoy a bit of taste from home in Dhaka. The place is a very bold demonstration of how a fine dining place should be decorated. Their sushi is delicate and quite pleasing to eat; but their authenticity of ramen do raise some question as they use local noodles for the preparation. The pricing of the menu is on the higher side as per expected which is something to keep in mind before visiting this place. Overall, it's a good place to spend your evening.
Sushi Samurai used to be my go-to place for sushi but my last visit was very disappointing. The size of the sushi became smaller than last time. The taste was good though. The decorations are hideous now. They don’t turn on the pretty lights anymore. They hung this Chinese red lanterns amidst all the fancy decorations which was clashing. They had a round turntable where me and my family used to sit but they removed that table. They put this messy fuchka stand in the middle of the room which looks very weird. Why would a sushi place sell fuchka? I tried the fuchka, it was good but maybe find a better place for the stand it looks very weird with the decoration. The entrance was very dark and overcrowded with fridge where they store cakes.
Food tastes good. They seem to know what they're doing. The ambience is great. I love how much they've invested in the interior. It is not only the amount spent but also the items used for decor. Very nice touch!
