তাদের সার্ভিস যথেষ্ট শালীন এবং সুন্দর। কোন রুপ ভোগান্তি পোহাতে হয় নাই। আমি বেশ আরামদায়ক ভাবেই আমার প্রোডাক্ট হাতে পেয়ে গেছি। দেশের বিভিন্ন জায়গায় তাদের সার্ভিস নিয়ে অনেক নেগেটিভিটি আছে৷ কাস্টমার দের সাথে খারাপ ব্যবহার করার অনেক প্রমাণ পাওয়া যায়। তবে এই শাখায় আমার কাছে সেরকম মনে হয় নাই৷ এরা বেশ আন্তরিক।

উল্লেখ্য, একটা সময় সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ারে প্রোডাক্ট আসলে ফোন দিয়ে ইনফর্ম করতো। এখন কেবল ম্যাসেজ দিয়েই শেষ।
