চট্রগ্রাম থেকে একই জায়গায় চার্জ ৪০০ টাকা চায় আর এরা ঢাকা থেকে ঐ জায়গায় ৬০০ টাকা চাইল। কথা বলে বুঝতে পারলাম এরা থার্ড পার্টি।
একটা কমিশন পায় প্রত্যেকটা পার্সেল এর চার্জ/অর্থ থেকে।

Prompt service, well maintained in this pandemic situation. But they never pick up the phone, which is truly dissappointing.

Their behavior is very bad with the customers. Two time I faced them and both time their behavior was very bad.

I have sent a document vide sundarban courier shewrapara branch on 27.12.2017 but yet not delevered (24.01.2018) which is realy unexpected. I have been communicating with them several times but not getting the POD. Even their behaviour is not setisfacotor.if the document has been lost then who will be liable? They have done this type of problem previously.
