I visited day before yesterday at sundarban courier service in sks tower, Mohakhali, Dhaka-1212.
They provide service vary poor.
Cause, there staff are not well train how to great customer smily.
They were vary unresponsive.
But there committed was vary well.
My friend take goods timely.

Totally dissatisfied with their service. Got my product ready to pick up after 2 days than the stipulated day! Even there wasn't any option or scope to complain!

"Sundarban Courier Service" is one of the biggest courier services in Bangladesh. This branch of them is situated within 200 meters of Amtoli Bus Stand of Mohakhali. The office is at the 1st floor of Rubaayat Rahman Bhavan. You can send and receive your parcels ranging from various weight or size. Also you can send and receive money from here.

Trust worthy, prompt service, well behaved.

Direction: from mohakhali to gulshan road take the 2nd left turn to Poromanu shokti komishon residential area, then take the 1st lwft turn. You will get to see Shahjalal Islami Bank building. Sundarban courier office is located right behind this new building.

Been using Sundarban Courier Service for a decade. They are trustworthy, and well equipped to reach goods safely. They have multiple Packard and pricing. They are Convenient and have branches all over the country.

The courier services change the position so I can't found it there. Very bad and it herriagement me.

Very expensive in comparison with other courier service, but Sundarban's service is better

Worst service. Worst. Slower than tortoise and lazier than rabbit. Somebody hand them an award for doing everything at very slow pace.

Well known courier service in whole country. Service delivery station of Shamoli is conjusted. They need more space for better customer service.

Number busy showing from the morning, is this the service to customer.from the morning customer service number mentioned all channels are busy.courier tracking detail found on 5/26, still not know my parcel is on spot or not.poor service.

Sundarban Courier Service shifted its location from previous location to current location before corona strikes.its located at first floor of this building.

Special Note: There location's been changed. The new location is near shahjalal islami bank.

My experience and review:
Service is not up to the mark. The working people are callous about their customers, not fluent with their work. I had to pack my own products, write my address on the yellow envelope though these all should be done by them. Even after that they took a long time enlisting my products as they were busy in chitchating with their fellow wrokers. I asked them several times and after about half an hour later my work's been done even though there was very little crowd.

While returning, I asked them how many days it will take to deliver the items, I hear them answer "after 3 days"!

কেউ ভুলেও এই কুরিয়ারে কিছু পাঠাবেন না।আমার একটি প্রোডাক্ট ১৮০ টাকা কুরিয়ার চাজ নিয়ে ড্যামেজ করে ফেলসে।এখন কাস্টমার কেয়ারে ফোন দিয়ে কোন সমাধান পাচ্ছি না।সেবা দেয়ার মত মানুষ এদের মনে হচ্ছে না।ব্যাবহার জঘ্যন্য পরিমানে খারাপ।

Horrible service. Sent very important documents as an "urgent" courier as was promised it would be delivered within 48 hours. It's been 3 weeks and my courier has still not reached it's destination. When the helplines/customer service were called their behavior was atrocious and arrogant, even when told how important those documents are, "amader ki korar apni important papers pathiyechen" is the response I was met with. Please don't send important/expensive items through this courier, you're better off using Continental Courier or SA Paribahan.

This is not corporate branch of sundarban courier service. It's cost more money to send product. It also takes more time to deliver product than corporate branch. (Example corporate branch cost 2500 taka to send a motorcycle to Rajshahi branch but I have to give them 4000 taka for same purpose.)
