In this branch there is no condition delivery which is disappointing. Hope they will start soon. Update: now they take delivery on conditions.

Their service was worst, behave with customer is super irritating. 5 customers were in line bt there was only one person to recive goods and most often he was busy with phone.his behave was so rude.he was not explaining what to do.rather taking too time for each good! Worst experience ever in any curier service

Sundarban Courier is one of most trusted, prominent and renowned service in Bangladesh. People believe in their services. But, now-a-days, they became over arrogant; they never deliver letter/parcels to the customers' doorstep. Currently, all customers are willingly go to their places and receive the products. It shouldn't be implemented for all cases/scenarios. We made this bad practice and they made it rules. This is really pathetic. Hopefully, the authority will reinitialise their service to do a favor who really needs it.

এত বাজে ব্যবহার আর কোথাও পাইনাই।আর দিনে দুপুরে ডাকাতি একটাইপ ম্যামো তে বিল লিখে একটা আর বাড়তি টাকা নেয়।জিগ্যেস করলেই প্যাকেজিং এর কথা বলে কিন্তু কিছুই করে দেয়না। ফালতু।

Good for product delivery and receiving. Currier charge will be bit high as this is the agent. Otherwise ok.

A largest courier service for all over Bangladesh. So their rules and policy is good.but sometimes they do bad behavior with customers.

The all staff behavior is not good. Also they are not professional. They think that, customer is bound to take service from him. Sundarban Courier is most oldest courier in Bangladesh, they should improve their staff quality as well as train up.
