Just disgusting service here. They even dont know what they are doing exactly. No system at all!
I sent 3 packages of Mango from Chapai, got them in dhaka, 3 package came in 3 delivery van. They have no system for lot parcels!
Really disappointed and never go there again!

ঢাকা শহরের খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস এটি। কিছুদিন আগে আমার একটা পার্সেল আনতে এখানে গিয়েছিলাম। এদের সিস্টেমটা খুবই ভালো লাগছে। কিন্তু কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসে ঢোকার রাস্তাটা খুবই জঘন্য ছিল।

সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ারের সার্ভিস ভালো হলেও চার্জ তুলনামুলক বেশি। বিশেষ করে ছোট পার্সেলের রেট অনেক বেশি। এজন্য আমি পাঠাও তে শিফট করেছি।

It allows hundreds of places to deliver parcels. It has a strong inter-country networking. It is also offering live tracking facility now. I find it helpful overall. The only problem I've found that there was no specific rate chart. An experienced man asked about the parcel and its destination. And then gave a rate for that. I wish to see a fixed chart for all parcel and destination. Good Luck!

Since it has reached its popularity, immediately Sundarban has lost It's reputation of customer support. Being leading courier they should improve it

Fast Service. But, as the location of this branch is little far away from the main road, thus the transportation of products is quite difficult from the customer point of view.

This is one of the good courier service, they have the skills but don't have internal communication

Sundarban Currier is one the biggest Currier service company in Bangladesh. They deliver goods and parcel to any where in country. Their service is good and timely.

বাটপারি শুরু করছে এরা। মানুষের মালামাল নিজেদের মনে করে এরা। এই জন্য বাংলাদেশে কিছুই টেকে না। বাটপারে ভরা

অন্যান্য শাখার চাইতে সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ারের কল্যানপুর এই শাখার কর্মকর্তা ও কর্মচারীদের সেবার মান ভালো লেগেছে।
গুগল ম্যাপে কল্যানপুর শাখা সার্চ করলে আপনাকে একটু আগেই টাওয়ারের সামনে দেখাবে কিন্তু মুল শাখা মানে ডেলিভারি শাখাটি একটু সামনে শ্যামলি-কল্যানপুর যাবার রাস্তায় হাতের বামে পাম্পের ভেতরের রাস্তায়।

Good old local courier service within the borders of Bangladesh. Service method is a bit dated, but gets the job done.

We have clearly dependent on courier service due to pandemic situation. I have recently taken their service. It received my products in delay, I called them to know the reasons behind it. I informed my that they faced technicalities on the source point and there was also some restriction on traffic from authorities due to pandemic. Otherwise, their service is good. I should talk some things about their delivery charge. I reckon their service charge is much higher than expected. Furthermore, I have been charge BDT 16 per kg as delivery charge to send mango parcel from Khagrachhari to Dhaka. It is expensive, I think. After all, they are the leading courier service provider in Bangladesh.
