7The staff are mannerless. Always have a lack of stuff. Behaved like a government office. Like we are not paying for service.
Very Bad Service! I recommend not get service from this Currier. SA Paribahan is far better.
There are two branches in townhall market. This particular one doesn't take things like laptop etc.

They are a bit rude. As they cover most areas in Bangladesh, they behave rudely with customers knowing full well that they will comeback however badly they behave.
ম্যানেজার এর ব্যবহার অনেক ভালো। তবে ফোন পাঠানোর জন্য যে চার্জ টা নেয়, আমার কাছে কেন যেনো একটু বেশি মনে হইছে।
Very bad service, the person who involved in booking parcel is so much unprofessional. His behavior is not good with the customer.
