রাজশাহী থেকে আম এসেছিলো, সময়মতোই পার্সেল পেয়েছি। তবে প্যাকেজে একটা বড়সড় ফুটা পাওয়া গেছে। ধারনা করছি বেশ কয়েকটা আম হয়ত চুরি গেছে। ডিস্ট্রিবিউশন চ্যানেল অনুযায়ী বলাই যায় কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের কোনো লোকেরই কাজ এটা।

একস্ট্রা টাকা নিয়েছে বাবল র‍্যাপিং এর জন্য কিন্তু রিসিট এ তা উল্লেখ নাই।। ১৮০ নিয়ে ১১০ রিসিটে দিয়েছে।
সাথে আমি ওদের একটা এজেন্ট অফিসে পার্সেল পাঠালেও রিসিভার কে পার্সেল কালেক্ট করতে হয়েছে মেইন অফিস থেকে অথচ আমাকে ইনসিউর করা হয়েছিলো যে ঠিকানা দিয়েছি ওখানে থেকেই নিতে পারবে। টোটালি আনপ্রফেশনাল লোক দিয়ে ভরে রাখছে অফিসটা।

As my opinion this courier service is good. I thought that my courier will go late but it was faster. I am impressed.

Maximum Service in Minimum Price. But Somehow there service is now not that cordial.since i experience there many Branch service is very good but not in all Branch need to take care of this.

Sundarban courier service, Dhanmondi 9/A branch is providing quite a decent service comparing to many other branches of them. It is located in Exactly the underground of the same building of Meena bazar.
There is a large space here, but a bit clumsy. Not that well decorated. People are friendly, well behaved. Overall service is good. Their package/parcel price is also resonable than others. They have the most branches all over Bangladesh. I am satisfied with their service. They could furnish this place in a better way though.

A best courier service at Dhanmondi area. They always try to maintain to provide their best service. Products and documents are delivered timely as on clients demands. Their goods packing systems also nice and they always packed their goods by their own packing system.

Bad behavior from office staff. One of my parcels item were stolen while sending a package to another district.

I dont know if the people are just rude or they are actually busy as they seems. But they get the job done. All that matters.

This branch isn't so friendly. I went to receive my parcel next they called me. But they took about half an hour to find my parcel. They should use modern technology and employees should be smart enough. The office is situated in underground and the arrangement is really not satisfying.

সব চেয়ে ফালতু একটা ব্রাঞ্চ। আপনি চাইবেন না তার পরেও প্রডাক্ট উপরে তুলে দিয়ে বকসিস চায়বে৷ বিকসিস আবার কম দিলে মন ভরবে না।

দায়িত্ব যারা আছে এক হুজুর। তারে ব্যাপার টা বললে পাত্তায় দিলো না। প্রডাক্ট এনে অপমান হয়ে আসার মতো।
