Earlier this place was really good. Now this place is only good for economical price compare to other chain restaurants. Foods are so so (considering my tastebud). Since the place is always crowded customer service and atmosphere are not up to the mark as well.

Not all food were available as we went late. But the food was bit oily. Lately tea was tasty

Foods are great but the Kabab section is suffocating. Not enough ventilation for the smoke to go through.

Went there on a Thursday evening. The place was crowded as usual. But our orders were served quickly. Also, got good behavior from the stuffs.

They are popular reputed restaurant in Dhaka City. Their food taste is good and accepted by many people, and their prices are not expensive. It is a place where you can take breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Sometimes the brand name has negative impact on the quality of service. That's the case with STAR hotel I think. There food tastes have become very average and ordinary. May to people who doesn't have too many options, STAR still have a good vibe. But to us who have multiple experience in multiple restaurants, it's just not up to the mark any more.

Took lacchi, taste was good but sugar was bit high. Not recommended for diabetic patients.

Food was testy and well served. But he place was too much noisy. Floor was clean and neat environment. Bakery part was well managed and clam place.

Ok for me but nothing extraordinary. Recently they increased the food pricing to include vat. So don't give special tips to the boys who keep saying they didn't include vat and reduced bills.

This restaurant has earned so much trust from the costumers. The food is really yummy. They have many branches in Dhaka city. Waiters are well mannered. The cleanliness of the restaurant is the main concern of them. Very satisfied with their service.

Good food but service is disappointing and its really confusing to order as there are different sections.

Once the food quality was good but now it is downward. They use the similar name of the great "Star Kabab" which is renown for all kinds of foods.

Cleanliness is one of the most important factor the management should look into, including the application of hygienic way while serving the customers.

One of the oldest and most preferred place for delicious Kebabs and Bengali traditional dishes. They have several branches in Dhaka city. All all them used to be packed in breakfast and evening time. A must visit place for Kebabs and grill lovers. Highly recommend.
