Star Hotel & Kabab

Star Kabab is a place that doesn't need any reviews. It has created its own reputation. I loved their faluda, kebabs, paratha, kacchi, and other chicken items. However, the quality of the mutton's taste has somehow decreased. Also, their service has become awful.

হতাশাজনক, টেবিল পাওয়া যায় নি, খাবার অর্ডার নিতে আসতেই চাইছিলো না, আইটেম থাকা সত্ত্বেও বলা হচ্ছিলো নেই, সর্বোপরি হতাশাজনক, খাবারের স্বাদ ও নিম্নমানের দিকে, সার্ভ করতেও অনেক সময় নিচ্ছিলো

One of the best restaurants in Dhaka located at Dhanmondi. There Kacchi biriyani, khichuri, mutton curry and vegetables are awesome.

The Mutton Leg roast was awesome! Loved the mutton khichuri too! The meat was juicy and soft. As usual their faluda was top notch! Loved their firni too!

The ambience of this place is excellent where anyone can arrange family get together or friend's hangouts. The prices of foods are pocket friendly. Their menus are so diverse anyone can pick as their own wish. Also they have a traditional Mughal or Dhakaiya food menu.

Live just opposite to it. Every day I get the smell of fried items. The taste is better and the price is also reasonable. But one problem is there, too much crowdy, less spacious. Though it's completely due to their food quality.

My recent visit to Star Hotel & Kabab was an absolute delight! We had a fantastic meal that left us thoroughly satisfied. We ordered a variety of dishes, including 1 mutton leg roast, 2 mutton khichuris, 1 faluda, and 1 firni, and each one exceeded our expectations.

The mutton leg roast was the star of the show. It was cooked to perfection, tender, and incredibly juicy. The flavor was outstanding, and every bite was a burst of savory goodness. I couldn't get enough of it, and it's definitely a must-try for any mutton enthusiast.

The mutton khichuri was another highlight of our meal. The rich and hearty flavors of the mutton paired wonderfully with the perfectly cooked khichuri. It was a comforting and satisfying dish that showcased the culinary expertise of the kitchen.

To finish off our meal, we enjoyed a delicious faluda and firni. The faluda was a refreshing treat, and the firni was a sweet and creamy delight. These desserts added a perfect sweet note to our dining experience.

The service at Star Hotel & Kabab was impeccable, and the ambiance was comfortable and inviting. The staff was attentive and made us feel welcomed throughout our visit.

The star kabab is mostly famous for its food taste. People all over dhaka visit this place to fulfill their appetite. Their Mutton leg roast and kabab items are especially best among the foods.

My family members and I are very much familiar with this restaurant. They provide some popular dishes since they started till then with reasonable prices (kachi /chicken biriyani, seek/chicken Tikka, moglai, and many more. Hopefully, young generations, on behalf of, would understand the taste of the customers' choice as they provide before.

খাবারের মান ভালো কিন্তু প্রচন্ড ভীড়। মানুষের এত হট্টগোল এর মাঝে আরাম করে খাবার গ্রহনের উপায় নেই। আপনার খাবার শেষ হবার আগেই টেবিলের আশেপাশে কজন দাঁড়িয়ে অপেক্ষা করতে থাকে আপনার খাবার শেষ হবার। তখন কি আর আরাম করে খাবার উপায় থাকে।

Star kabab is perhaps the only chain restaurant that offers bangla fusion food. Some of those foods are really good.

গত ২৫ নভেম্বর ২০২১ বৃহস্পতিবার বিকাল ৩ টায়, দুপুরের খাবারের জন্য অর্ডার করলাম।

যথা রিতি অনেক ডাকাডাকি কররা পর অর্ডার নিতে আসল - আমি আমার অর্ধাঙ্গিনী দুই টা আলাধা ধরনের কাবাব অর্ডার করলাম।

নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর আসল সামনে খাবার। কিন্তু যতটা খাবার নিয়ে শুনেছি তার ২০% ও মানে ও স্বাদে আমি কাবাবে তা পাই নি।

I think this is the most crowded restaurant in Dhaka city. Often customers have to wait for seats. A decent place for having lunch or dinner with friends. Traditional bengali food is served here. Food prices are cheaper than other restaurants but quality is better than others. The restaurant is well organized and air conditioned. You can pay bills via cards and bkash. They are also available on foodpanda. Limited car parking space available.
Note: They do not serve BEEF.

Totally disappointing with their staff behaviour. Too much rude and the quality of the food was also bad.

I've been into there many times and all the time the foods amazed me with the taste, foods are highly delicious and the behaviors of waiters are excellent, the environment inside is bit of crowdy during 3 times meal otherwise I'd highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast, lunch as well as for supper. I hope you all would definitely enjoy your food and quality time

Best chaa ever! A bit crowded and old fashioned but that the beauty if it.

The beef kabab, Mutton Biryani, Chicken Jhal fry and the morning breakfast in general are the highlight of this restaurant.

Even after all these years they have maintained excellent quality. That's remarkable considering it's Bangladesh. However, it is too crowded & they kept second floor shut for reasons unknown. That's why I took away one star.
