One of the best buildings in Gulshan avenue with almost all modern facilities. Parking available for guest on hourly payment basis.
The only problem I found is that the parking pathway is too narrow and it’s impossible to park without assistance as the same area is used for bidirectional car movement and parking movement.

Simpletree Anakali stands 14 stories above ground with three basement levels and 143,189 square feet of gross usable space. The forecourt is established with a landscape that complements 65.83 percent of the roof that is vegetated. Irrigation is largely achieved through captured rainwater and recycled grey water. The project achieves a 25 percent reduction in stormwater runoff and a 41 percent reduction in potable water use while 116 percent of wastewater on-site is treated to tertiary standard. In terms of energy consumption, the building system achieves a 12.57 percent reduction in energy cost. The intelligent use of a double Low-E, ceramic fritted glazing panel along the west facade maintains the required SHGC (solar heat gain coefficient) value while exhibiting an urban scale artwork along the boulevard.

Simpletre Anakali promises to educate corporate users through comprehensive tenant design and construction guidelines alongside a coffee table booklet documenting its sustainable features. A portion of the parking facility is dedicated to fuel-efficient vehicles which along with parking and shower facility for bicycle users promotes alternative modes of transportation.

Additionally, an under-earth enclave is designated for a cafe where general users can admire and contemplate the overall grandeur. With this journey in mind, a large-scale unique sculpture around cascading planes of water forms the centerpiece of the forecourt. Consequently people can inculcate a sense of ownership and endearment that should, in turn, motivate others. I have visited the Corporate office to meet with thr concern of Aci Pharmaceuticals Ltd. I am impressed to visit the modern & high used corporate building located in very convenient place of Gulshan Avenue at Dhaka.
