পপুলার নামটা শুনে যতটা আশা করেছিলাম কিন্তু তাদের সার্ভিস দেখে আমি পুরাই অবাক। বিশেষ করে নার্স এবং ডাক্তারের এসিট্যান্ট দের ব্যবহার এতো বাজে। আমি গিয়েচিলাম আল্ট্রাসনোগ্রাম করতে কিন্তু মনে হচ্ছিলো টাকা দিয়ে আমি চিকিৎসা নিতে আসি নাই কয়েকজন অল্পশিক্ষিত ম্যানারলেস নার্সদের বকা শুনতে আসছি। কি ব্যবহার রে ভাই? Just horrible
আমি একজন সফটওয়্যার ইঞ্জিনিয়ার কিন্তু তাদের ব্যবহার দেখে মনে হচ্ছিলো আমি রিকশাওয়ালা। সত্যিকার অর্থে রিকশাওয়ালা ভিক্ষুকদের সাথেও কেও এমন আচরণ করে না। রোগীরা আসবে প্রশ্ন করবে এটাই তো স্বাভাবিক কিন্তু রোগীরা এসে প্রশ্ন করলে তারা বিরক্ত হয়। উত্তর তো দেয়ই না বাজে ব্যবহার করে। actually তাদের কাজটা কি সেটাই আমার বড় প্রশ্ন। রোগীর প্রশ্ন দিতেই যে বাধ্য নয় তাদের মতো লোক এখানে deserve করে না। আমার মনে হয় কর্তৃপক্ষ বিষয়গুলো জানে না।
তাই রিভিউ দিলাম কারণ জানা উচিত। আমরা রোগীরা টাকা দিয়ে যাই সেবা নিতে কারো ঝাড়ি খেতে না। এমনিতেই ঘন্টার পর ঘন্টা ওয়েট করতে করতে আমরা বিরক্ত তার উপর নার্সদের এমন বাজে ব্যবহার মোটেই কাম্য নয়। আর শুধু আমি না, বেশির ভাগ রোগীরাই তাদের ব্যবহারে হতবাক হচ্ছিলো। চাইলে আপনারা investigate করে দেখতে পারেন।

আশা করি পরবর্তী সাক্ষাতে পপুলারের এসব পরিবর্তন আমাকে এই রিভিউ মুছে দিতে বাধ্য করবে।

সুধু তাই নয়, এখানে খুব বাজে চিকিৎসা ব্যবস্থা।
অন্যান্য প্রাইভেট হাস্পাতালের তুলনায় এখানে খরচ মিনিমাম ৩০ থেকে ৫০% বেশি।
এখানেই ট্রিটমেন্ট নেওয়া মানে হলো টাকার মেশিন নিয়ে এসে ট্রিটমেন্ট করা। বাজে অভিজ্ঞতা।

Good service, neat and clean environment. Behavior is very good. But always remains busy, it's better to take appointment before visit. There is also drinking water facility for free. Washroom and toilet facility is very good. Recommend this place for testing.

লিফ্ট ম্যান ও সিকিউরিটি গার্ড ঘুষ খেয়ে অবৈধ সিরিয়াল দিচ্ছে। ডক্টর কে জানানোর পরও তার এসিস্টেনদের সাপোর্ট করেছে বরং আমাদেরকে উল্টা শাসন করে। আমি মনে করি ডক্টর MH Huda একজন অহংকারী কারণ অটল টাকার মালিক হয়েছেন নতুবা নিজেকে মহা ডক্টর মনে করেন । তার দিকে দুদকের নজরদারি করা উচিত।

Beware! Of Dr. Ananta Kumar Bhakta. He is one of the notoriuos orthopedic in town. Almost lost my leg with his wrong treatment.

The new Maneger of popular diagnostic center is very polite and his behaviour is so co-operative. He makes the environment better and also the service of this organization has been improved. The doctors of here are also very well qualified and experienced. I am satisfied with the service.

Security guards in front Populer ask for tips while exit the hospital premises. Even sometimes 3 or 4 guards surround while asking for tips pretty awkward. Guards will make fun of you while asking for tips. Authority should take proper action for these harassment.
