They are simply good. I did not have so much experience but only I picked my daraz product from their this outlet. They are very friendly and cooperative. But ya, we have to be patient too if we want to get a good service.

They don't take regular delivery like a parcel service, there details aren't clear about that.

Worst courier service i have ever seen. Couldn’t even deliver a product in five days.
