I recently purchased an office chair from their store and it was defected. When I asked them to change it they were not attentive to my problem. Moreover I’d wanted an exchange or a replacement they did none of those and was rude to me with their no exchange policy. Horrible customer service and ethics. After multiple requests they did nothing to fix the problem! They did not send anyone from their store and it’s been 5 days since my purchase! I do not recommend their products as they don’t inform you beforehand about their policies and trick the customer.

Though a lot of new businesses are there in furniture sector, Otobi is one of the oldest and to me stoll one of the best. Though they currently sell some imported items along with their factory made one.

The shop is with ground and 1st floor. Ground floor has home furniture and 1st floor is mostly office and hospital furniture. Price is fair compared with quality.

A concern, once ruled Bangladeshi furniture market, is now under life support. The staff their are busy closing books of acc. They don't care if you want to buy something or roam around or may be take a nap in one of those beds upstairs. Pathetic!
