Otobi was once the best furniture shop in the country. It still maybe is one of the best, but it 8s definitely losing its market. The collection reduced. Innovation related to customer demand has fallen. It should focus more on modular furniture and smart furniture. It's still going on with the old concepts. Sad to see the otobi that started the quality furniture revolution in the country has come to this stage.

Recently I have purchased three items from Otobi Panthapath showroom. They missed the product delivery deadline. Above all the sales person is not answering my call, and not calling me back regarding the delivery issue. On the one hand, Otobi products are highly overpriced, and on the other hand their service quality is nose-diving. With this trend, it's obvious that Otobi is going to struggle for survival soon.

This is Otobi's franchises so they hs less product and less client friendly.
They are lying regarding EMI facility. Don't interested to provide EMI though they have MOU with Bank.

Service is not good.you go there mood off stuff come and show their product. Also wooden furnitures prices are huge.

I also bought a wooden dressing table they never gave me a single discount 31000 tk is huge.

The stuff name Afia Zahin Shohug most disgusting stuff i think so.behaviour zero.behaving she is the boss of that outlet. We bought 3 item delivery date was after 2 days. Delivery is not done called 100 times but did not pick my any single call. I will never buy any single product from Otobi.

The most prominent furniture brand company in Bangladesh. It's a business icon in the country. All kinds of modern design furniture available in all their showroom. But not only furniture you will get everything for your home including ceramic items, sleeping mattress, bed sheet. We've been using their furniture since when my father was alive. They have enough reputation to provide good customer service.

They should upgrade their products. Theirs current product are not bad also. But I personally expect more from them.

Worst experience ever I had in my lifetime. They are not co-operative, Services are extremely poor in this Panthopath Showroom. They are not well responsive, made extreme delay in providing any service. I would not never go to this showroom, will not recommend someone to go as well.

Good. Staffs are helpful. Lots of design but not very modern ones. Multiple floors full of display. Has one car parking at ground level.

Simply put, they have good furniture but they're always late in providing their services. The staff behavior was nice until we gave them full payment. They provided us with money receipt that doesn't even include the promised delivery time. We had to call them 10-12 times until they delivered the package. After the delivery team left, we again had to call the assembly team but they came left but did their job perfectly. The furnitures seem to be quality build and simple yet great design.

Otobi is outstanding known as among of the furniture. I bought them some furniture for my small modern house. Otobi affordable and durable including original timber.
