The Managing director of this office is Md. Sobuj. He is very humble and their service is wonderful.
They prioritize business over service. They charged 500 tk for just only opening radiator and again fixing it. When I asked them they gave unreasonable doubts. Moreover, don't be surprised if your chauffeur recommend them to you, because they do good business also i.e. Your chauffeur will pay 800tk whereas in voucher North pole will write 1000tk. I strongly suggest not to take service from them.
Really good workshop and car servicing/wash station. They do a really thorough cleaning, I was impressed. They have all sort of lift systems, AFT changer machine, wheel balancer etc. They are a complete solution provider. This is a hidden gem in Uttara. I have not done any hybrid related works here but looking forward to it.
I highly recommend for the best service of any kind of car. I really like their hospitality regarding any vehicles.
