Somoy TV station is located here. Though no signboard of TV station is there. Internally well organized TV station.

Nasir trade centre is a 16 floor multi storage building having different offices and shops. Limited car parking available. Building has three lifts. Head office of Healthcare pharmaceutical company limited is located here.
Purchase to tiles & birthroom item so you can go this place & you got service bkas center when you problems face to bkas account.
Place is good enough. But nit enough place for car parking. As well as only 3 lifts which I think isn’t sufficient for 16 floored office building with a dedicated mosque (at level-4). The best thing is the mosque. No dedicated smoking zone is available in the whole building. People smoke in stairs. There also a tiles market at level 1-3.
It’s also called Somoy Channel Building as it’s in this building.

I went to HPL office. Parking was good. Lift is not so good. 2 lift but could not use due to huge crowd

It is on the middle of Karwanbazar and Katabon. Near Banglamotor, besides mostly known My TV building. Somoy TV, Somoyer Alo are on the Nasir Trade Centre.
It's a commercial building, first floor and ground floor has ceramic fitting s shop.
Rest are all office. Has underground parking. Gym is there, for the privileged.
This building I visit to meeting with Healthcare pharmaceuticals. This is corporate office of HPL.
Name replies as trade centre where you may get varieties of titles and granatie marbel in this centre. DBL ceramic has a display centre over here. Basically it's called a ceramic city
They have good parking system with less hassle, besides the design and structure of this tower is really good.
Nice Trade Center. Many Corporate office are in this building like somoy Tv, Ifadh Group, PHP Group, Healthcare Pharmaceuticals. And many Tieless & Bathroom Fittings shop.
Awesome tower. It has a lot of tiles and toilet fittings shops. The shops are well decorated and has good collection of products. The whole mall is air conditioned. Nice place to buy ur toilet fitting but the products are but more expensive compared to the products soled in outside shops.
