Worst customer service I have ever seen.they are not ready to take any responsibility for customers money. Instead if you ask to help there employees harass you.

মুটামুটি ভালোই বলা যায়, খারাপ না। তবে কথার সাথে কাজের মিল নেই। বলা হয়েছে নগদ একাউন্ট থেকে ইউটিলিটি বিল দেয়ার ক্ষেত্রে কোনো ধরনের চার্জ কাটা হয় না অথচ আমরা নগদ ব্যবহার করে বিল পরিশোধ করতে গেলে চার্জ কাটা হচ্ছে। বড্ড সেলুকাস।

নগদ এ আমার একাউন্ট স্টেটমেন্ট এর জন্য ২৩ দিন থেকে ইমেইল করতেসি (তাদের বলা প্রসিডিউর মোতাবেক) । ইমেইল যাচ্ছে। ৬ ঘন্টার ভেতর নিশ্চিত কল আসবে বলতেসে । কিন্তু ২৩ দিন হলেও তারা আমার ভেরিফিকেশন এর জন্য কোনো কল দেয় নাই। এর নামই নগদ। জয়তু নগদ। নগদ চিরজীবী হোক।

I have transfer money from nagad to bank accounts (visa card) but i Didn't get my money & they didn’t give any solution about this issue. Ultimately they harassed customers. I will take legal account on you.

রাজশাহীতে আমি ১টি এজেন্ট ব্যবসার জন্য আবেদন করি। বিগত দুই মাস হয়ে গেল আমাকে কোন এজেন্ট সীম দেই নাই। রাজশাহী অফিসে যোগাযোগ করলে তারা আমাকে জানাই তারা সিমের জন্য আমার কাগজপত্র ঢাকায় পাঠিয়েছে। বিষয়টি আমার কাছে?

নগদ যা করতেছে প্রতারণা ছাড়া কিছু না। তারাই রিকেমন্ড করে অফার দিল, প্রচারণা করল আমরা পেমেন্ট করলাম সব ঠিক আছে কিছুই হলো না যখন DFS রিফান্ড আসলো তখন সেটা প্রতারণা হয়ে গেলো আর ইকমার্স সাইট অসাধু হয়ে গেল!
ধরলাম প্রতারণা, তাহলে মার্চেন্ট একাউন্ট ফ্রীজ করতে পারতো কাস্টমার কি করল! ধরলাম কারো একাউন্টে বেশি টাকা এসে পড়ছে তাহলে যে এমাউন্ট আসছে সেটা ফ্রীজ করে রেখে ব্যাবস্থা নিতে পারতো। সেই টাকা ছাড়াও সব টাকা সহ একাউন্ট সাসপেন্ড! জোকস!
আবার কাস্টমারদের বিরুদ্ধেই মামলা! চোরের বড় গলা!

অনেক খারাপ কাস্টমার সার্ভিস, এদের নাম্বারে কল দিলে পাওয়া যায় না। এত খারাপ কাস্টমার সার্ভিস অন্য কোন কোম্পানির নাই।

সবথেকে ফালতু এবং বাজে কাস্টমার সার্ভিসের নাম নগদ, কেউ ঝামেলায় পরতে না চাইলে নগদে একাউন্ট করবেন না। কারন কোন ঝামেলায় পড়লে তাদের হেল্পলাইন জীবনেও পাবেন না।

Worst Service! Worst Customer Care! They are irresponsible. Don't messed up your life just for 11 TK cash out charge. I'm suffering from last 3 month.
