My family has been with MK electronics since a very long time (since 2009). But this one thing broke our entire trust and also we would never purchase anything from them.

My father bought a Carrier 2.0 ton AC and the unit that they shipped was defective (it had so many leaks). So basically the gas would be running out after 1/2 months. We did servicing of the ac with their technicians. They haven't told us anything about the leaks. But then when we hired technicians from other sources they said about the actual problem. After charging MK about the issue they completely denied the fact that their product was faulty. Also they didn't even bother to send any more technicians to solve the problem (they keep on delaying).

Now the other story. The microwave in my house is also bought from MK and its quite old so it was having issues with the buttons. We sent the microwave to their service center and later we visited there and their technicians behaved rudely with us just because we told them why would it cost Tk. 2000 to replace a normal switch? And after they've done servicing they didn't even replace it, it was the same old switch and same old circuit board inside! They behaved very rudely so we didn't bother. And the switch had problems after running it for a couple of days!

Their aftersales services are so poor. I would not recommend anyone to purchase your appliances from here.

This is one of the biggest electronic shops in Dhaka. They have very rich collection. It is easier to find almost all types of household electronic commodities there. They have mostly exotic products.

Convenient place for every household electronic supplies.they import all brands which is good as you can find every brand under one roof. The branch incharge is very helpful and well behaved.

VERY BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE. I My Panasonic inverter split AC stopped working 6 MONTHS AGO. The service centre took 2 months to pick it up
1 month to tell me that the circuit needed replacing. Since then it has been 2 more months. Still no AC! NO SPARE PARTS.

Nice place for Electronics instrument like TV, fridge, air conditions, refrigerator, washing machine etc.

Going to place a complaint to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection. M. K.has given me a faulty/old refrigerator and did not provide the due warranty service.

This is not a perfect one shop.
As do not pay heed generous activity
to there customers.
They should be rectified.

I got a used electric shaver once. And also they charged 3000taka more than the market price for an induction cooker.

MK electronics is overpriced and they do not give any proper warranty. They do not return your money even if the product is faulty.

Very good service. Just bought an AC at 4 pm yesterday and they completed the installation before 9 pm on that day. I hope the ac will work well, and if any problem occurs, they will give support as good as earlier. Thanks.
