The worst customer service, I had ever seen. Staffs are so rude and inefficient. Not recommended.

Average type hospital. Low space, huge crowded. Diagnostic charges are huge. They don’t have any offer or cashback features but if you bargain, they will provide you discount.

I regret to share a disappointing experience with Dr. AKM Rezaul Karim at Lab Aid. I sought help for an allergic issue, but his prescription was marred by illegible handwriting, forcing me to visit multiple pharmacies to decipher it. The unnecessary tests and heavy reliance on herbal medicine in the prescription left me concerned about evidence-based practices. His endorsement of a specific pharmacy and lack of attentiveness during our discussion further added to my disappointment. It's crucial that healthcare professionals maintain clear communication and patient-centered care, aspects that were notably lacking in this experience.

All senior doctors are available here. All types of patients can go there for their primary treatment. Disease identification is the most things of treatment. Their diagnosis systems are class one level. They ensure the actual report of all diagnosis. Their internal system is so nice and a patient gets their diagnosis report on time

Worst and rude customer service ever. This is the report delivery section. There is no queue or discipline. People has to wait a lot for the report. The lady and guy inside counter takes money receipt from anyone randomly and delivers report. She really don’t care who came first or who came later. And if anyone tries to say anything about the careless service then the lady shouts and replies rudely. These type of service are really unacceptable in a hospital. The authority must take serious step to upgrade their service. Otherwise it'll be cleared that the authority is also careless and this organisation should be banned permanently.

Great for doctor consultation, and doing health tests, offers full body checkup packages, environment is clean and maintained well. The pharmacy needs to be updated as most prescribed drugs are not available there.

Apollo take 3500 taka for covid test, you guys take 3800.still your services are worse.takes two days for a mobile text report and still i haven't received my report of pcr test. And if call for enquiry, no one picks up call from tnt and your mobile phone is busy. I wonder if it is coincidence or intentional.

Weird customer care. No one receives phone call even after calling for 10 times. Needs to visit them in person to take appointment of a doctor. Disappointing.

This place is clean, well organized, but keep in mind this place is mainly built for diagnoses, and is not a full blown hospital.

5th August had an appointment for health checkup.wherever I went for checkup sadly everywhere were queue things are happening very slowly.

Poorest customer service over the phone, they do not give correct information over the phone also few times hang up the set while waiting. Do not give a money receipt upon delivery of report. Con artist, all there to suck public money.strongly recommend to AVOID.
