This is a unique building in Dhanmondi with full of restaurants. I believe it consists the most numbers of buffet restaurants in one building. As a result most of the time people are watched to wait for the lift. One can enjoy with buffet food within reasonable price here.

This building's owner is cheap. 12/11 storey building full of restaurants but there are only 3 elevators. We had to wait for an hour to go downstairs but it didnt come to 9th storey! Took the stairs which is dirty, slippery and stinky.

It is fully commercial building. Maximum floors contains different restaurants. Well planned and decorated. Yes, they have parking.

It's a multipurpose business centre including Restaurant, electronics, beauti care & health care centre.

Some well known buffet restaurants are there. Spicy Ramna, the great kabab factory, Garlic and ginger, the buffet stories, Alibaba lounge and some others buffet restaurant on different floors.

এখানে অনেক গুলো ভাল মানের রেষ্টুরেন্ট আছে। উপরে ফরেস্ট লাউঞ্জ। তাছাড়া এখানে মার্কেট ও আছে। একসঙ্গে মার্কেট এবং খাওয়া দাওয়া সবই করা যাবে।

Inside space not clean and lift is not enough for all visitors. Many restaurants all together but no fire safety inside the building. I don't see any fire extinguisher.

Numerous restaurant and coffee shops are there. Spicy Romna, Cafe Rio, Forest lounge etc.are the best places for trying buffet item. Secret Recipes and some coffee shop are there.secret Recipe is the best place if you are thinking to have breakfast.

I think this is a perfect resemblance of how not to MANAGE a commercial space! Only because of their horrible cleaning service and management all the restaurants and offices should ran out of this building. Oh I forgot to talk about their lifts. Its like waiting in que for a roller coaster ride! Amazing job done by Mr. Imperial Amin Ahmed (or whoever runs it)

Stairs are very dirty and suffocating. Lifts are very slow and stop on every floor and it's always busy. You will have to wait for long just to get in the lift. And also there's not enough parking space available for guests. You will rarely have the chance to use their parking. So, the overall management of this building is not that good.
