Helmet book is a great book that challenges you itself to improve your ability, I think those who really reads it attentively will be quite prepared for ISSB, I recommend it specially for IQ and almost everything is explained in details. As a first time ISSB candidate, I didn't know anything about it like that. Then after getting admitted into D care I bought the Helmet book and came to touch with it. I found that it's not like just an ordinary book. It's more like a living instructor who explains every detail about the ISSB so well and also make the students push themselves far from their comfort zone which is really good. I'll suggest that every ISSB candidate should buy it whether they get admit into the coatching or not. And the best thing is, one can get this great book in a very reasonable price!
