This outlet is very close from my residence and I've been to there for numerous occasions. All is good there.

I purchased a wardrobe back in 2020. After almost 1 year of use dark spots started to appear inside the mirror. Later the number of spots started to increase and it became an eyesore.

When I reached out to customer service, they came and inspected the issue. And, later they informed me that I'll have to pay to get the mirror replaced because it comes with only 1-year warranty.

I was extremely disappointed because Hatil is charging a premium price for their product. However, they have failed to provide product as per the standard.

It feels like Hatil knows that the quality of the mirror they are providing is low and hence they are providing only 1-year warranty.

Model no changes for along time. Service personnel take extra money after Service though this free

A very big showroom of their products. It's a three storeyed showroom. Wide range of products and various types of furnitures are on display. The Executive Chair, for which I mainly went didn’t have much options but otherwise it has a wider category for other products. The staffs are well behaved and helpful.

They have really exclusive designs which are so unique and simple. Their price might seem little higher compared to many other furnitures but it is because what they offer you is the best and very unique in terms of designs and quality. They have also huge collection of different types of furnitures to meet your reach and taste. Choosing HATIL would only be the perfect purchase decision you have ever made.

There is so many high quality budget furniture. If you rich than you can buy here product.its near sector 13 plot 13 in kc tower lift 3.there is lots of model furniture here you can chose it easily for long lasting use.

Good location and lots of varieties are available. You can park the car in front of the building.

It's a successful local furniture chain. The showroom is on the 3rd, 4th and fifth floors with lift access. However, the designs have become slightly stale. They need to freshen their lineup.

Oak wood based furniture shop. They are in furniture industry for more than a decade. There finishing is top notch and longevity of also very good.

Hatil has a good reputation and they have good collection of furniture but the customer service is bad. One of their employee in this shop was so creepy that made me uncomfortable. His behavior was not friendly at all. I do not recommend this shop for buying. Please go to another Hatil shop. Happy shopping.

There showroom is well decorated, hatil furniture simple design but looks good, i love there design.product quality is very good.price is too much need to reduce price. HATIL stands for elegant.

I like it's environment. All the stuff are really friendly to the customer. And yeah no compromise with the quality of Furniture.

Good collection of furniture, but sometimes unnecessary price hike. Hikes the price at every trade faur, then gives the discount. Such hypocrisy.

Hatil is the name of ''bad reputations'' for their unprofessional behavior & they didn't keep commitment as given. They just want to collect money from you on against their products. But reality is - those products are not available. If you want to back money, they are giving dates but you will tried to get it from them. Be carefully from them. Given the pic which they made order but didn't give it till now. Now, i am trying to collect money which i visited several times.

Well located & also well decorated showroom. They have a lot of new designed furniture in their display. Their products is good, as my knowledge. Their pricing is moderate. They give discount & attractive offer in many occasion. They also have showrooms in all over Bangladesh. I like their products.

Simple but nice collections, staffs behavior is okay. Stairs are bit high, but they got some great living room collections

Good design, quality products. They provide home delivery service. After sale service is also good. One thing I liked about Hatil furnitures is their products are quite light yet they are very durable.
