They are very much professional and helpful attitud. Mr Mehedy is a excellent executive person there.
I have ordered 3 items and all the items delayed. Especially one table took near 30days!
But their Kazipara and Rampura branch delivered on time. I don't know is it a problem of that specifix branch only.
Worst service ever. Takes forever to deliver. Took them more than two months to deliver a small furniture which was way past their promised delivery time.
Furniture quality very good. Price little bit high. Service customer friendly. Sales after service also good.
Should be avoided. Delivery & customer service is very poor. Bought 5 units in recent years. Every time they failed to delivery in time. Recently bought a smart fit reading table. Before payment the sales girl told they will deliver the product on the same day. After payment the manager told they will deliver in the next morning. After several phone calls product was received at 5 pm. I had to cancel all of my scheduled works.
On 16th July/2017, I ordered a shelf by sending one of my employee. Delivery date was given on 3rd August/2017, whereas, before order they told me over telephone the date will be 22nd July. Not to mention, they failed to deliver on 3rd August. Now, next schedule is August 09.
Nearby branches operated by the same franchise at Rampura & Palton, another branch at Malibagh is very good.
Rated 2 stars only because of brand Hatil.
Furnitures are ok, but customer care service is poor. I had to call 5 times and they send some idiots nearly 1 month later.
