6I ordered 4 furnitures from their mirpur branch. But the delay and delay the delivery then they inform me they can not provide the fabrics of sofa that i chose.i cancelled 3 items. They delivered 1.but they didn't return my 8k taka. 10 months passed. They told they will return the money by check.they will call me.but they didn't.
They are one of the top tier furniture companies of our country, amd they have quality products.
I went to HATIL's showroom last week and gor myself a new bed. The quality is spectacular. I think amar back pain kome giyeche ei bed use korar por theke.
One of the worst service providers. Besides lifetime of products are very low. I bought a bed which had 12 months warranty. After 13 months the bed started to had all type of defects. First with the supports then middle link. When I called customer care, the response was totally unprofessional. After filing a complaint, I had to wait 5 days before they take my bed for repair. While taking they said 15-20 days will be required. It has been three weeks now, the shop hadn't contacted me yet. Hatil tries to establish itself as a brand but truly with the service and product quality, any local wood shop will outbrand you.
Hatil is one of the biggest furniture showrooms at Mohammadpur area. Like other showrooms of Hatil, this showroom also has very wide range of furniture. Sofa, coats, chairs, tables, showcase, bookshelves and so many other items are sold here. Price is higher than ordinary furniture sellers nearby. Staffs are well trained and professional.
