Ordered Indian foods yesterday. The food was tasty but I found hair in an item. When I called them about this, they told me they have nothing to do. Surely they need to be more professional.

They are currently closed due to relocation procedure. Their sign says they've been relocated. This really misguiding.

It was such a horrible experience with Handi gulshan.me along with my few colleague going to have lunch. After they server our food as requirement. When the food pun on the table bad smell is coming out, i was thinking, may be thats my problem, i tried to manage it.but i can't. When took the 1st and 2nd spoon of food, i literary can't tolerate the bad smell. Finally we noticed everyone facing the same problem alongside the other table.then called the waiter and shouted.why did you server the musty food.initially he denied then he said sorry with mute voice.and they agree with us it was a musty food which was cooked yesterday. Please avoid this place

I bought 7 haidrabadi biriyani packets yesterday.
Issue 1: Not enough meat in the mutton pieces. Some were only bones that no one would want to put their teeth on.
Issue 2: They denied to accept payment on AMEX card as their payment machine was not working. When you have a restaurant in one of the most elite places of the capital, you should pay attention to these little things.

One of my favorite restaurant but ill never go back there again. They become worse day by day. Even there's manager dont want to Attend the table bcz he so busy with cricket match. No more means no more at all

Was served hair in my dinner, after which was told it was hair from our head, or could be from any very bad attitude from the serving staff

By far the worst Indian food restaurant in Dhaka. Not only is their food un Indian but their service is poor. The place has a very unhygienic feel to it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Ya, I will give this, the pricing is moderate. But hey, the food wasn't great. So?

They use water bottle of MUM and the sticker on MUM bottle shows specially for HANDI. They are selling 1.25 L water bottle at price 40 Taka instead of actual price 25 Taka. Also I had a MUM water bottle in my hand. I have used to drink that. The waiter mistakenly included that during bill. As it was a mistake, it's okay. But water from outside is not allowed they said. How dare they say this. Due to excessive hot weather anyone can carry a water bottle. It's customers choice to drink from his own bottle if they have any water with them.

Dirty place, bad odor here and there. Food is very bad as well. Do not get fooled and go there by the hype.

Credit card charged 2 times.seems like a scam. I was a regular customer for a long time coming almost everyfay and still got zero respect. They always try to charge you more.

I ordered a special Hyderabadi biriyani with caswanut salad where I had a bunch of bones of mutton and the salad served with tomatoes and cucumbers (could barely find the nuts in it with no crispy chicken inside). Overall it was a horrible experience you can say.

Prices are high, quality is below average. Hyderabadi Biriyani was super flop, beaf bhuna was half cooked, lacchi was sour, besides those sub-standard foods only Jhal Zeera was good,

Food is average. We spotted clotted hair in biriyani. Manager said its natural to have hair in food. Will not recommend.

Taken a set menu, not that good. Might the number of people they had that time, but with respect the popularity they have, they should maintain the quality. Giving two star only because of their view and behavior of the staff. Should go in handi but not in banani one.

The interior is nice. The food is so and so. But their service couldn't have been any worse. The staff stood there all aloof and I had to call thrice before I managed to grab his attention. The food arrived and he just left the backet at the end of the table. He did it with utter lack of interest. He just LEFT the bowl at the end of my table. While I was eating, they stood there and were laughing and teasing each other really loudly. After I was done, they took away my plate, but didn't give me my bill. I had to ask for it again. Thiis was by far one of the worst dining experiencess I ever encountered. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Add some food color to your biriyani and call it something else and dine in.

The food is okay. But I have definitely had much better Indian food elsewhere. The decoration isn't too fancy. They do have a variety of Indian dishes but I believe if they reduced the item and worked on the quality of flavour, it would be better.

The chaat items however is really disappointing. I wouldn't order it again.

Saal makhni isn't too good.

But their vegetarian items are much flavorful than the job veg tbh.

The service is good and the price is affordable for most

I tryed their Hydrabadi biriyani. Taste is very good. It's very rice in flavor.but they took very long time for surve. We wait almost half an hour. The atomsphere is quite good. They have huge space for dine in 100+ people at a time. The washroom area is dry.

The food is mediocre and uninspired. The barbecue chicken was not well marinated. Most of the dishes were one dimensional.

It's just okay, I didn't enjoyed the experience. For example, we went for a iftar + dinner buffet. Now the food was normal but they were hardly refilling those foods.
