German Club in Dhaka is a popular destination for the expats. The tennis court and the swimming pool used to be occupied by the members round the year, particularly around the evening time. The dining area is not big. Therefore, it is usually crowded on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. The club is introducing gym facilities soon. It will definitely add value. Apart from its members, it is also accesible to some other club members and to the guests of such members. The food has a certain quality. I recommend its fish dishes and salads.

Had a day pass here. Very cheap at 500 taka) Spacious enough, with a tennis court, gym and a good size swimming pool. Very good service from the nice staff there Attending, but not pushy. Formal, but friendly. I felt really at ease, almost like home, here

It's a nice place to have good time at Dhaka city. It's environment is user friendly.

Good place for a chit chat in an open space. To enter you need to have a reference of a club member.

This is a Private and Diplomatic Club and Access to members and other expatriate Club members and German club members' guest only. Good for Social and Spprts.

German Club Dhaka offers great food and nice Events (Pizza night for example). The place has a pool, tennis court usuable by members. Great place to meet people - especially expats of course but also very interesting locals! You can get in by member invitation or with international id.

I liked the place as this is cozy and cool. They need to work music system and decoration. More events can attract more people there

Nice place to hangout special attraction is their every Tuesday night pizzas it is out of this world best in dhaka! They also have all other club facilities like swimming pool, tennis court, bar ect.

All the food I've had has been delicious. The beer prices are competitive. I've had the apple pie and ice cream several times. The facility has a good gym, pool and tennis courts. The staff are professional and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Worst club I've ever been to. They only have a couple of different types of beer and it's never the same two. I ordered ther sausage and potato salad and asked to be sure, "Is it bratwurst " and they assured me it was, It was not, it was American hot wieners. The potatoe salad was slimy.

They apparently dont speak English well enough to assist you and its expense!

German Club Dhaka is one of the oldest expat clubs in Bangladesh. Over the course of time, the club gained a reputation for excellent food, nice people, and family-friendly atmosphere. This club host many members’ events like BBQ-nights, the Jazz Brunch and not to forget its famous ‘Oktoberfest’. Most of the time, this club is still a cozy and quiet club, where you can enjoy a cappuccino or take a dip in the pool. Come and enjoy their hospitality!

Nice club in Dhaka. The only problem is that we have to pay cash at the entrance, no credit card accepted

Here you need to pay 300 taka only for entrance and your bill only by tickets by the way: You can buy only complete booklet of 1.200 taka, but you will receive tickets of 1.000 taka. So, you need to lost 200 taka in every 1.200 taka booklet. For exemple in an bill 5.000 taka need to buy and to pay 6.000 taka. Regarding the remaining tickets you can only keep for the next time!
It is not matter of money, but I'm not feel good by these new German mathematics and maybe this is one of the reasons why the club is almost empty. No more comments, not need.

Service is rubbish - waiters just plainly ignore you - otherwise the atmosphere and facilities are fine
