It was a pleasure to visit this place officially from AUST. I was really amazed with many facilities including health care, child care, mosque provided by Fakir Fashion Ltd.

Fakir is the title came from the Owners family title, Founder of the group late Mr Yousuf Ali Fakir who started his business in the mid of nineteenth century as local textile manufacturer. Rather than this the founder also had jute trading, Dyes & chemicals trading company. Later on from 1970 with the involvement of founders as five son the company gradually developed and started exporting garment in 1998.

Fakir group started garment export with 4 sewing lines and now we have 180 sewing lines along with the all required facilities. Fakir group is now fully compliance composite knit garment manufacturing industrial group. The group's yearly turnover as of 2009 was $155 million.
