Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL)

একেবারেই অপ্রশিক্ষিত একজনকে দিয়ে `হিসাব ফরম' পুরণ করানোর দায়িত্ব দেয়া হয়েছে । সে আমার কোন ফোন নং ই ফরম এ লিখে নাই । ফলে সফ্টওয়ারে কার্ড একটিভ করতে পারছি না । খুব বাজে অভিজ্ঞতা হলো ।

এ টা একটা ব্যর্থ শাখা এবং ব্যর্থ Manager! আজ আমার সাথে যা ঘটল তা অভাবনীয় । আমার 'ভোটার আইডি কার্ড' এর ঠিকানাটা ভুল ছিল ; তা আমার স্থায়ী ঠিকানা ছিল না । তার জন্য আমি আমার TIN এবং Passport জমা দিলাম যাতে সঠিক ঠিকানাটা তারা লিখতে পারেন । তারা আমাকে অবাক করে দিয়ে ভোটার আইডি কার্ডের ঠিকানাটাই লিখল আমার স্থায়ী ঠিকানা হিসেবে । এবিষয়ে শাখা ম্যানেজারের দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করলে ।তিনি ঐ ভুল ঠিকানাই লিখতে নির্দেশ দিলেন । সেলুকাস, এটাই এক মাত্র ব্যাংক যেখানে গ্রহকের কথার কোন মূল্য নাই । কী আর করা কিছুদিন চালিয়ে ব্যাংক হিসাবটা ক্লোজ করে দিব ভাবছি । ০১৬১০-১২৩২২৩

Bank Employees are much busier than other branches employees. That's why getting any service in this office is much harder

বাজে সেবা মনে হলো। মোবাইল নং পরিবর্তন করতে গেলাম তর্ক জুড়ে দিলো।যাচাই করার সবকিছু তাদের হাতে থাকলেও হাইকোর্ট দেখায়।আবেদন রেখে আসলাম। দুই সপ্তাহ আগের ঘটনা। এখনো সেবা পাইনি।

It is a very popular Business Bank in Bangladesh but a wrote of shame that they doesn’t have a electricity backup. Yes they have generator but it doesn’t work, if it work for 2 hours it need 1 hour break (how funny, Just a Lame excuse). I personally think if they think about their valuable customers they fixed this generator problem. This is not expected to such a bank like #DUTCHBANGLA. I request the higher authorities to look after this Branch & fixed this issues because i Don't think this Branch manager aren’t capable to fixed this issues if he can then he fixed this issues before open up for customers.customers are the main valuable elements for running Your bank & provided your employees salary, so always they get the priority but this place i Don't even seen this kind of mentality any of them, the waiting area is huge but Don't have enough fan (actually 1 fan in a corner far from waiting area), air conditioner not playing may be electricity problem. So i personally Remarked may word, my visited most bad experienced Branch ever in a private sector Bank.

Has been helpful with the payments, also while opening a new account for a friend they helped out every step of the way. The draw back was assigning the phone number for transaction confirmation took longer than anticipated.

New branch, but their manager and other stuff attitude just bullshit. Poor banking environment ever.
