This particular DHL branch is pleasant to visit, friendly & professional employees with proper knowledge of what they are doing! Special thanks to Mr. Kamruzzaman Rony, who personally took excellent care for packaging, taking his time to go through the paperwork and suggested accordingly. Thanks to DHL Bangladesh also for fast shipping. I hope all other DHL Bangladesh branches would provide similar customer experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent service! DHL Employees are courteous and helpful too! I love to send my goods through DHL too. DHL provide prompt service and delivery. Only challange is that, DHL service is so expensive. Good office environ, staff is too professional, quite polite. Much late in case of deliveries specially outbound deliveries in far continents.than their claim/advertisement. But their office environment is really best.
Now closes at 5 in the afternoon.

Air Express Services of DHL was established in Bangladesh on 10th May. This was on request ofStandard Chartered Bank Singapore (SCB - 1st Customer in BD). Mr.  Henry Jacobwas 1st Country General Manager. DHL Express in Bangladesh started its office through its Agent Homebound Packers & Shippers Limited in only one room in Gulshan, Dhaka within Homebound office premises. DHL started its operation with only 5 staffs, only one baby taxi and one delivery van.
 

Since it’s starting DHL expanded its operation in Bangladesh to help local business grow globally. The timely launch of different product and services has helped to fulfill the needs of local enterprises. DHL is the first company to have Air Side ExpressHandling Unit at Airport in 1994. It was extended, modernized at the international standard in next phases later. The launch of two innovative packaging solutions DHL ‘Jumbo’ and ‘Jumbo Junior’ helped thousands of enterprises grow their business globally.

Their overall service is really good like the payment system or tracking system. But I was going to face a severe problem whilst I was submitting my documents. The customer officer took two envelopes from me which were to be sent after putting them in a big envelope. But when he was inserting the two envelopes, he dropped one and didn't even notice that. When I told him if something has fallen there, he looked down and brought that document up from the floor. So always be careful for such incident.

Usually not busy during the morning. The staff was efficient. Package arrived as scheduled. Satisfied.

I went there twice. Sent document in other country. Service is really good. Used student service. The staffs there are helpful and very respectful. Office has a setting place with shofa set.
