Is ok but I've noticed lack of training or practice for how to politely respond to situation and requests that aren't their direct service domain. Most new senders aren't expert in sending parcel abroad. They probably need the service once in many months or years. Poor behavior and aggressive response aren't going to turn them into frequent customer, on the contrary, may even only consider DHL after all other options are exhausted. Bottomline, improve, train and improve.

Price is compare to other courier is high but very secure service.behaviour of officer is very good

Thia is the Shymoli Express Service Point of DHL, located at the east side of the Mirpur Road, juat by the side of GETCO (Shyamoli Road No 3).

The service is very professional and amicable. They also provide detailed information in a short time, which increases their efficiency.

Small center but active. Quick, Smart and efficient. Their services are well recognized globally.

This place is air-conditioned but not so spacious. However, it will not be a problem if only about 7 to 8 customers are waiting in this office. There is no car parking facilities for customers. This is located adjacent to a very busy road and people parking their vehicles on the road may get penalized for violation of traffic rules!
When I entered this office at about 6: 15 p.m, the only customer service representative was busy attending one customer. The customer did not have enough cash to pay for the parcel she was sending nor did she have any payment card except bKash but DHL did not have arrangement for taking payment from bKash. So, the customer requested the customer service rep to wait until she could get cash from any bKash agents nearby and pay for the service. It took quite sometime and I was kept waiting for my turn.
It would have been better if DHL posted a notice in their service points that they could not accept payment from mobile financial services!
For those who are new to DHL, please be informed that DHL checks every document or item. So, please do not seal or close your envelope or box to be sent before checking by DHL service points.
I must admit that the customer service rep was very polite! He apologized to me for the delay caused by the other customer! I was satisfied with the quality of service provided by the customer service rep!

Really liked that fact that i didnt even have to leave the house to make the delivery.the serviceman was also courteous.although some more automation like booking the entire shipment electronically before the service man arrives would be a nice addition.

Misbehavior and indifference with a customer (not me). She was a first timer, so she had a lot of obvious questions but that does not justify this kind of behavior specially if the office is empty most of the time. If it was a bank with thousands of customers, then I would be more sympathetic towards the misbehavior.
