Due to security reasons they have to open your items to inspect but no training as to how to repack, so you will have to support

The representative of the gulshan 2 was excellent. Swift service with clear explanation of the system. Behavior was quite friendly. Definitely one of the best outlets out there!

Here you can post & collect your valuable documents, but the charges are higher than Government Post Office.

Disastrous service on a Friday afternoon. Waiting for 30 minutes now. Still I am nowhere near the service desk. There is only one person serving and there is this queue of 3-4 others. Yet it’s taking so long. Why only one desk is beyond me. Not at all a pleasant experience from such a renowned service provider. I guess everyone adopts to local culture and standard. DHL did too. Pathetic.

Got a service recently from DHL Gulshan and their support and care was really too good and best over in the Bangladesh.

They should update their app and service. DHL is one of the leading courier service in the world so it's standard should be maintained. They failed to maintain properly the tracking and helpline update.

It was my first DHL and I'm very much satisfied with the service. Would like to specially thank the employee who helped me, for her kind help and behaviour. She guided me throughout the whole procedure and even helped me getting a student discount.

Service was very slow and unpleasant, had to wait to collect the percel and the concern people dont bother to know properly what i was asking.

Their Customer service is really poor!
Their pricing is depends on the person sitting in front of the desk! They doesn’t have any proper policy. For same product different person asked different price for delivering products. Very disappointing.

Guy at the counter is really nice. But DHL Bangladesh freight service is appalling. A shipment from Ondia that takes max 10 days is still not delivered and it s over 45 days.

Their customer service is very good. All employees know how to help and work in collaboration.

You can ask many questions. They helps each time. Neat and clean. CCTV coverage, security and good environment.
