Good to have Overseas delivery service at our doorstep. Staffs were well mannered & provided all information to take necessary decision. As I have just placed my package for delivery, yet hoping it'll be delivered on time. Couldn't get chance to compare price with other delivery service. Really liked the approach of rechecking all the content they are putting in the system for delivery.
Little annoying was to provide lots of signatures in 4-5 documents.

A fantastic Service Point! Great customer support from the beginning to end of the process. The staff is really informed and goes the extra mile at every stage. I would highly recommend them.
Customer service is top notch. They were very helpful thru the whole process, even they informed me about the tax the receiver might have to pay. On top of that tracking was on point and have accurate notification system according to your preferences.

Worst center, I left the center after experiencing very unprofessional behaviour from a very unsmart employee. DHL should appoint smarter employee at this point.
