16DHL এর সাথে তেমন কাজ হয় না।। তবে এই পর্যন্ত যে কয়টি Parcel ই পাঠিয়েছি বা এসেছে সব গুলোই খুব তারাতাড়ি সময়ের মধ্যে হয়েছে।। আর স্টাফদের ব্যবহার খুব ভালো।।
মাত্র ৫ দিনের মধ্যে আমার প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র কানাডা পৌছে গেছে। ধন্যবাদ জানাই DHL কে তাদের বেস্ট সার্ভিস দেবার জন্য।

This dhl agent is totally mannerless, arogant person. Dont know how to deal with the customer. Instead, helping, he misleaded and denied to give service.

This is the original DHL. There have a lot of broker who are not the part of DHL but using DHL, Fedex logo! Be aware of them!

Service and everything is good. The reception staff/officer is good, welcoming and helpful.
Loved the service here. So far all of my packages were shipped successfully within timeline and with active tracking system. The only downside is there are a number of fraudulent agencies working in the name of DHL and their outlets are very near to the authentic service point. So, you need to be careful before walking into any office, first look around and find the outlet which has only DHL sign on and don’t fall prey of the low cost offers from others.
