In DHL Banani Outlet Tahmid Saheb give the best professional and passionate service.
Today a senior citizen customer came to the outlet for sending documents. He was talking a lot about DHL service & ask many personal question where there’s many queue in outlet.like- He clean his documents while packaging for a long time. I was just observed as a visitor in the Branch. I went Banani DHL for knowing something about shipment but I saw that Mr Tahmid Saheb give extraordinary support to The customers very patience way & communicate with them very politely.

Thing to remember:
1. Please take you NID/Photo ID with you for sending mail. You might need it. You can also email it to them if you have a scanned copy.

I have experienced very good quality and professional service from them. I always prefer DHL Banani Branch for their very humble behaviour.

The worst service I've ever received from any restaurant! Too much unprofessional. Waited there over 20 minutes but no one even came to take order. Spoke to them but no response!

They provide excellent service at the quickest possible time! Highly recommendes for anyone couriering their important documents abroad! Especially Mr. Nurnabi Masum and Tahmid Hossain in the Banani Branch turned out to be super helpful!

The guys did not wear masks properly. One didn't wear the mask at all. The other wore it under his nose, which is useless.

Very slow service. They spend way too much time with each customer while serving out of 2 counters only.

There is no signpost visible to find this office. Noone was friendly even to direct me to the exact floor including the security people. One of the mysterious place in Bangladesh. Came back home without sending documents.
