They should’ve updated their maps timing for Ramadan. They closed at 5 but the timing said that they close at 8.

But now the timing is okay and on point. Got my product within seconds, no hassle, no waiting. It was so easy. 5/5 service.

It was open on Friday. I don't know why the map said it's closed. Good thing I didn't check it before leaving. Don't know the opening time on Friday though. Just set it randomly.

Shifted location of Daraz hub Pirerbag.new location arranged almost same as previous one.however new hub station is bit more arranged and better interior.there is also a complain box review option of delivery system by app. Inner side is clean though stair and entry is dusty and incomplete due to construction is on going.overall four out of five.

Active and Well organized. But the place they are located, is still under construction & no large banner/nameplate outside, hence it's hard to find.

Daraz hub it's a office under daraz, Bangladesh. Basically it's the delivery office in this area and also deliver nearby area by this office.you can take your product or parcel from here physically by yourself as well.also you can use this office for your return policy. Their behavior very nice, co-operative and friendly also.hopefully you will satisfy from their service. You will buy lot's of product from daraz and take delivery from their office and home delivery option also available by daraz.

I went there for collecting my products. There are no mark line how I identify the daraz hurb. A lot of wastage time I got it.
Their manner wasn’t good & products packaging totally damaged. Finally, I returned my home frustrated mind.

Their behaviour was nice. But they should think about customer satisfaction service. Like I have 9/10 parcel but they didn’t provide any shopping bag, I have to brought all the package in my hand which is so though.

Very faster and professional delivery service but hub building is in under construction and difficult to find it.

No name plate, total nothing to gase where the office is! Next building beside "chillout". The building is still under construction. Office is on the 1st flood. You have to use the staircase. Service quality is good. Office is neat and clean. Staff's behaviour is also good.

At the first time nobody can gase that there can be a daraz hub. Then if you ask someone then they will help you to find out the place.

No signboard outside so that one could identify the office. No parking garage for the service recipients. They provide uncomfortable packaging those are difficult to carry.

Everything seems ok but I need to add the timing of opening this store should be 10 to 7: 30 p.m.

Darazis a largest e-commerce of Bangladesh. This is just a delivery hub point. Service is okey. Take bit long time for service

Nice Environment, staffs are good behaviour. I need to visit this place to pick up my percel from daraz. Moderately crowded at rush hour.

Staffs are ok. Compared to load they need to be more swift. Today i got that Employees are responsible for product damage mostly.

Vehicle parking facility is not exist here. But they maintain delivery in a good way. Sometimes it takes time.

Worst customer support.

People sitting there keep gossipping while a customer is in front of them and their behavior is very unprofessional
